The experience was almost ruined from the very beginning by unprofessional behavior of the host . I made reservation few months in advance to celebrate my husband bday and she tried to sit us at the most unwanted and unused table in the whole place despite my reservation and plenty of availability. She probably never mentioned to the waiter about bday celebration since there were no acknowledgement of that when dessert was served , when other table's received desserts with candle . Wine from the menu ( $150 ) wasn't available, we had to pick an alternative. Water was never replenished. Food wasn't bad but it was hard to enjoy it after the way we were greeted and I also felt rushed through the evening. Well on the bright side there are many other option in Borgata and Ocean Resorts Casinos where stay and dining don't disappoint

We took my daughter for her 21st birthday because we are such Hells kitchen fans. It was like walking into the TV show and the open kitchen concept was wonderful. They even had the red team side and the blue team side of the kitchen. Chia was our server and she was awesome ,very knowledgeable,very helpful, very friendly and very efficient. The food, although I felt was pretty pricey, was excellent. You're actually paying for the experience. The cocktails were also very nice. I had the dinner with the wine pairings which was perfect. They brought my daughter her sticky toffee pudding with a candle in it and sang happy birthday. We couldn't have asked for a better night. 
Big fan of Hell's Kitchen show and Chef Gordon Ramsey. Our experience was a positive one. Great apps, great entrees and the seating was fair. However, the price of apps and entrees along with the desserts was astronomical.
Hells Kitchen was amazing but the true super star of the night wasn't just the food it was our wonderful server Donna!!! She made her experience that's much better recommend food gave us great conversation. She would totally be one of the reasons we visit Hells Kitchen again!!

I ordered the salmon main course and it took 3 tries for them to bring it to the table cooked. First 2 times it was raw and management said they served it medium. I said I just wanted it cooked. I did all I could to stay calm. Management's answer was not sufficient and I was ready to tell them I know longer wanted it. The least they could have done is offer a free meal. I will not be going back to this restaurant. ?

My boyfriend and I had an absolute phenomenal time at Hell's Kitchen. We were celebrating his birthday and every part of our visit was perfect. Our server (Hailey) was amazing and very sweet. The food was delicious and savory. My boyfriend was surprised with a sticky toffee pudding with a candle for his birthday which made it extra special. Thank you so much to all of the staff. We will definitely be coming back

This was our second time at this location, absolutely fantastic experience! The food,drinks, atmosphere and service was top notch! Kylie our server and the runner Maria were amazing! Great food and great service! Definitely recommend it!

Disappointed and underwhelmed. As a die hard Gordon Ramsay fan, I was looking forward to this dining experience. We drive from New York just to have dinner here. It was supposed to be a special birthday celebration for myself and my little brother. The food was almost not what we expected. Will not be coming back.
It was an amazing experience, the atmosphere and the staff was perfect m, now let's talk about the food OMG I was like never before, the taste of the food was something out of this world, I definitely want to come back soon.

Food was not fresh couldn't believe that's Ramsey standards Mashed potatoes were dry and cold wellington ice cold and Parma ham tasted old service was great and the manager was so nice but no weres near worth the money
