Came for a nice dinner with colleagues after a conference. Recommended to make reservations but we didn’t know- we were able to find a table in the lounge at a high top table. Our server Aniya was fantastic. She was prompt, attentive and took care of us in a timely fashion. Will definitely be back next time I am in town and request her as our waitress. The steak was actually cooked to my preference- medium rare. The butter that was on the steak was to die for. No complaints at all, all around. Keep up the great work !

I am staying at Harrah's. I wanted to check out this restaurant for my last time at Gordon Ramsay Restaurant was at the Ritz Carlton in Dublin back in the days. I had a work sponsored dinner and ate already. I wanted a drink before bedtime. It's 8:30pm. I walked to the restaurant. I told the hostess that i was going to the bar. I could not find a seat at the bar. Disappointed, I made my way towards the front door. The same hostess told me that I should stay and sit at the high table by the bar. A waitress came by and asked me what I would like drink for water. I told her my choice for water, and my choice of wine. She said that she will be back for my liquor choice. Right now, she just wanted the water preference. When she returned, I told her I wanted a glass of chardonnay. She blatantly told me that I should have sat at the bar for drinks, and walked off. The table, she said, is reserved for dinner. I got up, told her to cancel the order, and walked out. She simply refused my service. #sorude

Was good but not as good as I expected

It was an okay experience. I would have love to have time to enjoy my food at my own pace, we weren't ready to eat the main course and asked the server not to put it in yet but they brought everything out at the same time and it felt kind of rushed. Because of that my food got cold. The taste was and presentation were really good.

Excellent Service very attentive !!! Dennis our waiter made very tasty suggestions for appetizers, wine and main courses The beef Wellington was delicious Best of all was the chocolate dessert while finishing our wine A bit pricy overall but very enjoyable!!!

5 stars all around! I was blessed to have a suprise dinner here for my birthday and as an avid Gordon Ramsay lover, was not disappointed! Justin our server, took amazing care of my family and I. He offered wonderful suggestions for food and cocktails and I was not let down! The food was incredible, highly recommended for a special occasion or if you’re a steak connoisseur! Justin really made the experience special for us!

If you happen to have room after dinner, highly recommend the sticky toffee pudding ;)!

I really enjoyed the dessert—I’m a chocolate lover, so that part hit the mark. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience didn’t live up to the high expectations that come with the price point. The steak was chewy and lacked the quality I’d expect, especially when compared to what Brazilian steakhouses consistently deliver. Service was just okay—nothing memorable. Overall, it didn’t meet my expectations.

This meal was one of the worse meals we ever had. Our casino host asked that one of our meals be replaced as the meat was shoeleather. Another was all fat and bone. Also felt sick with nausea all that night. We've eaten many times at Gordon Ramsey's but don't believe we will return any time soon.

Never a bad experience her. Our serve Joe was fantastic. It was our anniversary and he took good care of us, including a little dessert. The short rib, Wellington, and Prime Rib were excellent. Overall a good time, good ambience, good people.

The wait staff were amazing! Very articulate regarding the menu and recommended food choices based on your requests. The packed our leftovers so nicely. The food was exceptional! I like that the prices were on the menu. You knew what you were paying for. No surprises. All around good food and the wine was really good.

The chicken has blood when I cut into it. The steak taste was just a Normal steak you get at outback.

I want to set up by saying the service was phenomenal. The atmosphere was great, but I was very disappointed. Haven eaten in many steakhouses Including Peter Luger mark joseph Del Frisco NYY steak Michael Jordan’s etc this did not compare And haven watched many of Gordon Ramsay’s television shows We were a bit disappointed and feel that if himself had sat down to our meal, he would have been too. I ordered my steak medium rate my husband medium eell came out medium well and my husband’s well done. I have never had this happen in any steakhouse. The staff was phenomenal. They made it right. They brought us out. New steaks right away but again my new steak for medium rare was still medium well. I was told to have a bright pink center. I had to order rare The service was phenomenal and they did everything they could. I have a picture of a potato we ordered the loaded baked potato, but my husband does not like stuff in his potato so we got it on the side the potato had an enormous rotten spot in it, which thank God we ordered it with accompaniment on the side. Haven’t eaten in many Gordon Ramsay restaurants I ordered the sticky toffee pudding, which was amazing, but I was disappointed to not have the vanilla ice cream on the side instead of having a block of frozen whipped cream and the caramel sauce was not cook down and very gritty and sugary. The toffee putting itself was amazing. I never really write that many negative reviews, but I was very disappointed and I think if Gordon himself with our meal, he would not have been pleased. He would, however, have definitely been pleased by the service provided because the service were all amazing. On another note, we got a shrimp cocktail for 30 something dollars. It was three shrimps. Yes they were big, but they were not cocktail. They were coated in some kind of Old bau or something when somebody order shrimp cocktail they like their shrimps at least we do Just plain boiled. Again, the service was phenomenal, but if you go to a steakhouse, you order medium rare you expect to get your steak, medium, rare not medium well well well done and that was a huge disappointment and a big no in our book. We are going to Caesar soon and hope Hell’s Kitchen is better. I also appreciate that they have Chilean sea bass which most fine steakhouses do I wanted to order the hslibut here as no Chilean Seabass as I despise Branzino But it was served with gnocchi or some kind padts which Being gluten-free, I cannot do that. Again, very disappointed hope hell’s kitchen is better. We do not mind paying for a dinner but ordering steak and a steakhouse that comes way over done is really unacceptable but a shout out to all the staff who made all better

Bad experience for a person with celiac. I had it in my reservation that I have celiac disease, discussed it with the server who acknowledged he had seen it. I ordered the halibut and brussel sprouts. I starting eating the halibut and then the sprouts came out and they had a brown sauce on them so I asked to confirm they were gluten free. They were not. Fried in a shared fried. As I'm eating my fish I bite into something - it was pasta. I asked the server to confirm and he realized not only was there pasta but the crust was breadcrumbs. The manager came out and was very nice but the damage was done and I was sick all night. We drove six hours to eat there and I ended up getting poisoned and eating a baked potato because I didn't feel safe. The server mentioned that the kitchen messed up but there were several levels of quality control that failed. Firstly, know your ingredients as a server and secondly as you walk it out, if you see pasta nestled under the fish... again the manager was very nice and the server apologized but literally wandered off in the middle of the conversation. It was a pretty lousy anniversary dinner.
