Guys Sammich Shop

The food is a bit expensive but I ordered the loaded fries for about $12 and it was worth it !! It came with so much food and fried chicken on top. I shared it with another person and it was filling, definitely enough for both of us! Other things on the menu were much more expensive but reasonable for being inside the resort. This is a convenient location near two hotel towers with both booth and chair seating.

Chicken tenders were bland. Cheeseburgers could also use more cheese and flavor.

We were in Atlantic City for my daughters basketball tournament. My husband was so excited to see this restaurant was located in Harrah’s where we were staying. We had a long day of tournaments and decided to come back to the resort and order from Guy’s Sammich Joint. I ordered the tuna melt combo, the sandwich was flavorless and bland covered in an obene amount of lettuce. The fries were not even salted and were subpar for what we expected from Guy’s. My husband got the Buffalo Chicken sandwich which was swimming in hot sauce with unseasoned chicken. He also ordered the combo. He literally received maybe 15 fries in his order.
Needless to say neither one of us ate more than a quarter of our sandwiches. Over $50 for 2 flavorless sandwiches and some bland fries.
I will never again order from this restaurant. What a waste of our hunger and money.

Ordered a cheesesteak and a Cuban. Food came out fast, hot, and tasty

We were so disappointed. We watch Guy on TV, so we were excited to try this place. Don’t waste your money. The rib-eye cheese steak was so greasy the bun was falling apart and it’s taste was nothing special. The BLT’s bacon was so bad we couldn’t even chew some of the pieces. It was not good. The fries weren’t even seasoned. Two sandwiches and Fries = 45$
My husband says he doesn’t want to watch any of Guy’s shows after this.

I wish I looked at this before I ordered the veggie burger. It was disgusting. It was literal mush. Worst thing I’ve had in a restaurant in my life. Cannot believe they are serving that.

Food was nasty Service was worse

I had an extremely disappointing experience here, I ordered the pastrami rueben ,which was plain awful first the sandwich I received was way over priced for what I received, the order was Luke warm,no kraut, no dressing and a very sparse amount of pastrami, so little pastrami that there was not enough meat to make a half sandwich, the full sandwich I ordered was just mostly marble rye on marble rye, and for the taste I could not say cause there was not enough ingredient to determine, So what I experienced was pretty much the feeling that I had been robbed

i was charged twice for my order. I was charged Sunday $37.48 at 2:12pm then I wanted to remove 2 drinks. ( Gatorades) that was $4 each . Which I was then Charged $28.95 on Sunday at 2:24pm instead of being refunded I was charged I noticed & brought it to the cashiers attention which she brought the manager out to tell me this happens all the time the money will return in a few days. It’s now days later & i have been charged again on Wednesday at 1:22pm for $28.95 so that was 3 times my card has been charged. I ordered a burger, chicken tenders & Cheese fries . & got Charged $95.38. I don’t understand how a $40 order turned into an $95 order after leaving the store & this happens all the time it’s normal from the store .
WILL NOT ORDER FROM HERE EVER AGAIN

Just got a chicken Parmesan sandwich , bread is stale, few days old and chicken is processed meat , just like a shoe sole! Am afraid of opening the Italian sandwich , must be using same stale hoagie , figure it’s Guy Fierri joint ... Aka sloppy Joe!

I been watching this show for years and go to a few of the places he recommends. I was HYPE when I see he has a sandwich joint in ac. I waited in a huge line. The nasties burger I ever had In my life. So disappointed. I’ll watch his reruns still tho
