I made a reservation for the casino memorabilia dining room and was not seated in it. The One Night In Bangkok shrimp appetizer was overly salty with no other flavor and the shrimp were tiny. The Tupelo Chicken platter had the 5 thinnest pieces of chicken tenders I have ever seen in my life. I get bigger pieces of chicken from a frozen bag of Tyson chicken. Severly overpriced for what I paid for. The only good point of the dinner was our waiter. Worst restaurant ever. Frankly, most of the AC hotel restaurants have terrible, overpriced food and the employees are rude. Nothing has changed in 20 years - AC is still an awful place to come and visit.

Our server came to our table only once after our food was served and we waited almost 20 minutes before we even were first addressed by our waitress. My husband was asked if he wanted a refill on his beer and she didn't even address my son's glass which was also empty at the same time. I had one glass of my drink and was never asked if I wanted a refill. Lastly I waited 20 minutes before addressing another server in order to get my bill so I could pay. Not even remotely up to the standards we have seen at Hard Rock Cafes in the past. The only saving grace was the food was good. I did make a reservation for a standard table and was placed on a high top just next to the exit onto the boardwalk-not what I wanted. This surprised me because when I made the reservation a large number of time slots were available leaving me to believe that my seating preference would be met.

My husband and I had a late breakfast, and everything was delicious, as usual. We've always had consistently great breakfast experiences on Sundays at the Hard Rock Cafe. The menu has yummy options to select from, both sweet and savory. The service is always excellent, and this visit was no exception. Highly recommend it!

My appetizer never showed up and when it finally did after I told the waiter, it was dried out,so the waiter sent another appetizer. My order for my sandwich was wrong and had to send it back and my husband's drink was not supposed to to have liquor in it needless to say it wasn't the best experience

Always great service! Food is hit or miss. Wings always good but $20 for 8. Burgers are good $20-$24. Casino comps make it worth it, cash customer I feel better options for ur $$.

Server- Jayleen was excellent Cleanliness- table not clean and smelled like they used a dirty towel prior. Jayleen asked someone to clean it and someone did come. Food- ordered smash burger. Bun cold not toasted as advertised, meat hot however it was half off the bun and fries ice cold. I hate to complain but we had to send it back and the manager came over and apologized. I work in the restaurant business and I almost always have something wrong at the HRC and I never complain because I know how it feels but enough was enough. I won't visit there anymore and it's a shame because it's a cool vibe. It's not the food it's the leaders that lack follow up and also lack training.

Made reservation and requested booth seating. Arrived and was taken to a table in a back room. Informed them that a booth was requested and they said they would check. Never returned to address our concern or apologize. Food was cold when served. Not a great experience.

My wife and I each asked for bagels toasted dark. Neither were. A manager came by halfway through our meal and asked how things were. I asked her to let the server know I wanted a decaf refill. Server came by with regular but not decaf, do the manager did nothing!
