We had the best waiter ever. Blake is extremely lively, friendly and enchanting. He has a can do all attitude and goes the extra distance. My party can be a handful to deal with and Blake treated them so sweetly. He satisfied every request and was greatly adored by all. The restaurant is extremely lucky to have Blake. We can't wait for our next trip to see Blake!

Baby back ribs were overdone. Tough time cutting through each rib. Asked to change meal for a burger instead, came out really greasy. Registration asked if we were there for a special occasion and as a special request asked for a birthday dessert for my husband. No one acknowledged it was my husbands birthday or received a dessert. Overall really underwhelming experience and would not go there again.

Our food was good and our waiter was very informative when asked questions about various items. Also, paid close attention to modifications being made to our orders

Been to several HRC around the world and I admit this wasn't the best dining experience. Had to repeatedly ask the waitress for drinks we ordered, napkins, condiments and silverware. Wife ordered steak medium-rare that came out well-done. The second steak came out medium, wasn't seasoned as well as being tough and chewy. The Manager did take this meal off and apologized. What saved the night was the great Yacht Rock band on stage. I recommend, when ordering a meal, stick to what they do best...Burgers. Get a nice drink, sit back and enjoy the live music.

Second time here. First time was great. This time not so much. Went for the fixed price menu and the server didn't even want to show it. Very noisy. The for was so so this time wife had veal bolognese and it was like ground baby food with not much taste. Would not return.

Our server Timmy was very friendly and attentive despite being busy. We both had a Bahama Mama drink which were made well. Thought the French fry serving was a little skimpy otherwise food was decent.

It is NOTHING like the all the other Hard Rock Cafes! The ambiance is awful. It looks like an orange cafeteria. There are no memorabilia. Super small portions for the price. Service was really bad. I got up twice to ask for ketchup and water. We would have been better off going to the food court. I would recommend going to a different restaurant in the Casino. Any other restaurant but this one.

Stopped in for dinner and went with the gold dust wings and a order of onion rings to share. Both options were very good and the service was pretty fast. Stopped in later in the week and sat at the back bar and ordered the Nacho's and again we were not disappointed in our service and meal. Nacho's are a hit or miss, but we always give them a chance.

It's nice to be able to go on OpenTable and make a reservation so you don't have to wait, especially for breakfast. Just a tip, if you want coffee with your breakfast? Ask them to bring it ASAP as most of the time they bring it when they bring out your breakfast 25 minutes later.... the chef also needs to be informed that the cheese omelettes need MORE CHEESE~ and for the price they don't give you enough home fried potatoes either . Unfortunately, there aren't too many places that you can go for breakfast at the hard rock in Atlantic City, I still love the Hard Rock Cafe, but sometimes they're just a little too slow and the price of the entrées do not reflect the quality of food

I made a reservation for three people at 8 PM on a Thursday night. Checked in at 8 PM and was told to stand to the side. Four or five groups of guests were seated before I finally asked a group of two what time their reservation was for. They said they didn't have a reservation. I went up to the counter and the worker said, “oh my god. I'm so sorry.” They forgot we were standing there. I was there with two women who are close to 80 years old. I normally love the hard rock. The manager then took us from one side of the restaurant to the complete other side and looked annoyed that my grandmother was taking a little longer to walk. Nothing was taken off the bill. No I'm sorry. Plus I made the reservation for the stage area and then was sat in the sports area. I don't go there for sports. I go there for rock. This seriously taints my view of the hard rock....

Food and drinks took awhile. When the food came out some of the meals were cold and one was the completely wrong order. Way too expensive and not at all satisfying. The burger place in the food court was much better. Our server however was excellent

There was a short wait in line until someone asked if you made a reservation he directed us to another desk to stand in line. Sat in the Memorabilia Cafe with views out to the boardwalk and Ferris wheel. No memorabilia hanging on walls so why the name? After dark the Ferris wheel lights came on so that was nice to see. Orders were taken quickly. Staff were busy and moving fast. Food was good: pulled pork sandwich & Salmon. Drinks were weak and not memorable: Paloma & margarita. Bill came after a short wait. Overall : convenient before a concert.
