Awful experience. Both times we went it was such a long wait to order drinks and put our orders in.
Today we went in the same thing happened. It took our waitress very long to come over to check on us. My boyfriend ordered a burger and they brought out the wrong burger. We were never asked for refills. We ordered pork sandwich to go and a chicken, Caesar salad and both were awful, not sure how you managed to screw up a pork sandwich but they did it. The salad was $22 and came with two pieces of chicken . Also, we went at 3 o’clock on a Sunday. It was completely dead not sure why the service took so long.

We went to HRC after a concert. We got a table pretty quickly. Azhani was taking care of us! She is amazing! She was so attentive and listening to all our requests! She even asked a bartender make me a Pina Colada, that wasn't even on the menu. Food was delicious! Pretzel was a hit!

Came to AC for a concert and figured why not stop at the Hard Rock Cafe. Waited 15 minutes to be just asked what we wanted to drink. Staff kept coming to our table confused, offering food that my friends and I didn’t even order. Constantly had staff asking if me and my friends were being helped because we were sitting waiting so long for our waitress to bring us our drinks and take our order. I understand that she was bartending and also serving, however, it was an inconvenience to wait almost 30 minutes to place in an order for our entrees! A table came beside us and they got served right away, drinks and food for them came out before my friends and I got our food. They had the same server as us. We kindly asked a waitress nearby if she could put in our order and she helped us out. Then the waitress who was originally helping us came to our table with an attitude saying that “I like putting in the orders for my own tables and no one else should be helping.” Okay… then maybe instead of chit chatting with the table next to us come over and take our order. Food was bad for me personally- pepperoni flatbread was barely cooked through and cold, my friend wasn’t asked how she would like her burger cooked and it was very pink/borderline raw still, and even the milkshakes tasted bad. We got sat at 5:40pm and didn’t leave to near 7:20pm waiting for our food. Paying near $200 bucks for a crap meal, you could get something better at McDonald’s. Only GOOD thing about the experience was that the pretzel appetizer was good. Service was slow and some staff had attitudes, let’s get that in check!

I used to freaking love coming here… but this is the second time I come in a row for the same occasion - a birthday - where I get the waiter Anthony and he completely ruins the experience; TWICE come on.Won’t ever be coming back in fear of getting him a third time and ruining my appetite, again.
