We went to HRC after a concert. We got a table pretty quickly. Azhani was taking care of us! She is amazing! She was so attentive and listening to all our requests! She even asked a bartender make me a Pina Colada, that wasn't even on the menu. Food was delicious! Pretzel was a hit!
Our food order was lost in the prep area. We waited an hour for the food. Waitress ignored me completely, she only spoke to my husband. We were given 30.00 credit for the wait which was appreciated. It was my birthday dinner. Dessert was supposed to be my birthday cake. The waitress never offered dessert.
My husband and I usually eat here when we come down to Atlantic City and stay at the hard rock, the food is pretty good and the service is hit or miss, this time our waiter was excellent and we didn't have to wait too long for our, the food takes a little time as they're always busy, but overall, my experience was excellent and if you're a veteran and have the hard rock card they give you 15% discount!
