Scarlet was simply phenomenal the service was beyond compare. The food was fresh, served hot and the flavors stayed with you. As you can tell we’re breakfast and we need to love our time. Well not only will we return but look forward to bringing our team. We also enjoyed the atmosphere and met a sweet couple who we will see again. This is an experience not just another place to eat.

This is our FAVORITE restaurant in all of Atlantic City! Great food, awesome atmosphere and even better service! The banana’s foster French toast is heavenly! We always have the pleasure of having Scarlett as our waitress and she always goes above and beyond to provide the best service for our family and always is so sweet, personable, and is clearly very passionate about her job. This woman’s deserves a raise and every time my family and I come in we will continue to request her. Harper’s is lucky to have her!

Scarlet was our server and she was amazing! Everything about our visit was outstanding. Chicken and waffles. French press coffee. Bloody Mary. Lychee martini. Chocolate croissant. There wasn't anything bad at all about our experience. Will definitely be back and see Scarlet!

Scarlet was our server and from the moment she came to our table she was fantastic! She brought us a welcome drink and had phenomenal service all around. The food was fantastic. We ordered mimosas, the banana foster pancakes, maitake mushroom toast, ocean Benedict, butcher shop omelet, and Dubai chocolate croissant. All were VERY tasty. Great experience 10/10 highly recommend.
