The food was delicious don’t get me wrong….but the waiters were very rude ignoring people when trying to be seated or trying to order for take out even the cooks in the back who saw us online had to speak up and let the ladies know “when clearly they saw us” to take our orders mind u we came (3) time within a week and the same situation happened

Waited 15 min for waitress after we were seated. Waitress forgot drink and fries. Waited for her to come back to table for 15 minutes while she was tweaking in corner with another waitress. When bill came she charged us for another table that was $20 more than our bill then proceeded to argue with me saying we paid cash when we used a card.

The restaurant ambiance is far away from the original. There is a huge que infront of the restaurant but inside is empty. Meanless you need to wait until they want to accept you to eat something. If your child is very hungry dont go there otherwise he wll be in trouble. As usual no humanity, rules are rules

We had an awesome experience at Hooters, all thanks to our amazing server, Angelise. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She was friendly, attentive, and on point with everything.
One thing that really stood out was how professionally she handled a small issue with our food — we didn’t like the wings and wanted to return them, and she didn’t give us any attitude or make it a hassle. She took care of it quickly and with a smile, which made a big difference.
Angelise truly exceeded our expectations with her great energy and customer-first attitude. If you’re going to Hooters, definitely ask for her — she’s the reason we’ll be coming back!

I got an order of boneless wings to go. It came out piping hot and crispy and the ranch was homemade and chilled. The chicken was natural cut so it looked home cooked and clean tasting. It was really good.
