Worst bolognese I ever had. Place a rip off and the food is trash. Don’t ever go here.

Subpar chicken parm for my standards. Also dinner took close to four hours. Nice place but wouldn’t recommend.

If I could I would rate the service 10/5. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere is perfect for a date or special evening event. Complimentary bruschetta, zucchini chips, and Parmesan were given that paired lovely with my wine. With all that said, the food was a 4/5. It was still delicious but I have had better Italian cuisine in other establishments. I would highly recommend the mushroom ravioli that was recommended by our waiter.

From start to finish one of the best dining experiences I’ve ever had. Alex our server was terrific and made our experience even more pleasurable. The food was incredible. The ribeye was the best steak I’ve ever eaten. It was like butter. Our apps and drinks were awesome as well. Cannot wait to go

My wife and I were at Hard Rock celebrating her birthday and decided to give Il Mulino a try, since we've walked past it 1,000 times since HR opened. WOW, would give it more ⭐'s if possible, it exceeded my expectations.. Within a few minutes of sitting down, they served fresh cheese, choice of bread and a sample size fried zucchini, this is served to all diners, it's included as part of the dinner. Drink and food orders quickly followed. Calamari was excellent, Rigatoni Alla Bolognese is delicious, my wife had the Capellini Il Mulino which was outstanding.. The final touch was after dinner, the staff came out, sang happy birthday to my wife, served a dessert to share and gave her a birthday card hand signed by the servers for our dinner. That was a nice touch!! Staff/Service was one of the best we've had!!!

TLDR: Amazing, can't wait to come back. Before we even ordered our food, one server came by with a couple of slices off of a wheel of aged cheese and some bread. Then another server came by with some fried zucchini. Then another server came by with some bruschetta. All complimentary. Then we ordered off of the prix fixe menu and split a side of pasta. Portions were nice-sized even on this menu. Tiramisu for dessert was delicious. Then, a completely unexpected surprise. I had booked the reservation on OpenTable with the comment that it was for our anniversary. The staff gave us shots of grappa, a slice of cheesecake, and a card signed by the staff. The staff already went above and beyond with the food and the ambiance, and then they doubled down on it with the anniversary gift. Just an overall amazing experience and I will be coming back ASAP.

We were warmly greeted by several maître-d type staff and immediately seated, requesting the quiet area of the restaurant for our dinner. A bevy of staff immediately descended upon us offering water, bread, a small piece of Grand Pantano cheese and some cured peppers, others with wine lists and menus soon followed. The impression was that there were far too many staff members, all striving to fulfill their particular function and it made for a more frenetic vibe than we prefer for enjoying a relaxing meal. The food quality, presentation and taste were all good, some very good but nothing extraordinary. The rigatoni was presented as homemade, but my dining partner suggested it tasted store based, though the meat was tender and tasty but the tomato sauce was heavier than expected. The veal Milanese was thin and crisp and topped with a scoop of bruschetta tomatoes and arugula, sort of redundant of earlier pre-cocktail, appetizer serving of bruschetta. Coffee and desert (tiramisù) were both excellent accompanied by a small shot of very smooth grappa. Wines by the glass were very good but again, somewhat pricey. We agreed that it rated 3.5 stars overall.

On a mild but still winter Tuesday night in Atlantic City, NJ. there aren't the mobs of patrons like our heralded summer season. Unless you find yourself at the Hardrock Hotel and Casino where albeit not crowded but busier then other casinos. Making reservations to Il Mulino for my birthday online was quite easy and avalibility was wide open. We get there and are greeted by the hostess who proceeds to seat us in the back, in the corner facing two bus stations of dirty dishes and pitchers of water and their assortments. Why? Why? Why? Is what I want to know. Plenty of open tables yet she tries to seat us in the worst table there. Makes no sense and that it is unacceptable.

The meal overall was delicious. The service was over the top professional. My wife asked if they could turn down the air conditioning and she said that was not possible. The casino was in charge of the air conditioning. They gave no option to move to get out of the draft. Her steak was undercooked after ordering it Medium, it came to the table very rare. After a time she sent it back and it came back medium rare if not rare again. The meal was delicious beyond that.

I enjoyed my dinner, & especially all of the little touches, such as cheese, zucchini twists, Italian bread choices, & grappa as a digestive!! Service is fantastic! My only complaint is the price-such high prices & not pocket-friendly. Otherwise, it's one of my faves!

Another outstanding dining experience. This time we did the Saturday price fixe before 6 pm which included dessert which was perfect for celebrating a birthday. Thank you David, Jose, Norma, Ricky and Nadine for taking the time to sign my birthday card. The food was delectable and service top notch. Bravo!

Il Mulino is consistently excellent. Their price-fixe menu is outstanding in quality and value. The food is a step above and the staff is professional and attentive. Love to dine there!

Went to an early dinner on a Wednesday. It was a very nice experience. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. We chose the dimly lit side which gave nice ambience. They give you 4 complimentary starters, bruschetta, a chunk of parmigiana reggiano cheese, fried zucchini & a choice of bread from a bread board. We ordered cacio e pepe and a chicken entree. Both were delicious. Cocktails were on point as well. We will definitely be back.
