The old lady is rude. Nobody care when we and other customers came. Waited long to be seated, waited long for waiter to come. They are not professional, not into restaurant business, lack of crews. Do not come to this place unless no other restaurants surround open. Very bad experience.

The Imperial Inn is a classic Chinese restaurant with great food and pleasant service. We really like this place and recommend it highly, if you are looking for an excellent Chinese meal.

Terrible food and service. Came in, the waitress was super rude and there were literally no customers. Shouldâve took that as my cue to leave but I decided not to judge.
I asked what were todayâs specials and the waitress said âPlease read the menu.â Both the waitresses were rude and dismissive, when we were literally their only customers.
Honestly, I wouldnât care if the customer service was bad if the food was good, but the food was terrible.
I ordered the roast pork noodle soup, and it was so bad. The noodles tasted so undercooked and the pork was so sweet.
Next, I tried the lo mein which was DISGUSTING. Immediately, when my mom and I tasted it, we thought it tasted weird. We smelled it and it spelled SPOILED. We immediately told our waitress and she didnât even care, she just asked us what dish we want to replace it with.
The combination casserole was the only thing half-decent on the menu. The sauce and scallops tasted weird, but the tofu was good.
Donât come to this place unless you want spoiled, undercooked food and terrible service.

Stale noodles, chips, rude, obnoxious, owner. Food prices way to expensive. 7.00 for a small wonton. Stay away!
