Walked from the Tropicana hotel and waited several minutes by the place order window with zero acknowledgement from staff even though multiple employees saw me (especially the male cashier who seemed to make a point of ignoring me) and I was the only one in line. Left and gave my business to anyone else

Watched everyone else get serviced before us. Had to go get someone who walked by us three times. It gave the old school Johnny Rockets. Black people on one side getting horrible service and everyone else on the service side (white). Saw another black family walk out too.

Stopped here for dinner on our vacation and was extremely impressed. The prices were decent! Under $30 including tip for two people. It was my girlfriend’s birthday and they gave her a free sundae! That was also really good. I got a burger and fries, she got a wrap. Both were good portions and delicious! I ate that burger so quick it was freakin incredible. Service was awesome, the waiter was so nice! Definitely a family friendly location. Will definitely be stopping here more than once when we visit next year!!

Worst experience. Sat down and waited 15 minutes for a waiter. The store has two customers and literally 12 employees talking to each other. Got tired of waiting so walked up and said I would like to order to go. The girl at register barely spoke English, kept $13 of my change, she had to get a manager to open the register to give me the right change. All around terrible customer service

I was disappointed in my ( both )servers, do their lack of attention. However, the greeter Ja' Nieya stepped ( although busy) in and provided me with excellent customer service. Had it not been for her, I was walking out and going elsewhere.

Kids and grandkids ate here the first time Sunday 24 August; outstanding, friendly service, and the burgers were the best! Thick and juicy. Four adults and two grandkids who also wanted great shakes, for a little over $100...right on the boardwalk!! We were stuffed the rest of the day!!

Burgers were dry and not hot off of the flat top. Service was fast so it’s not like they sat waiting for pick up. Onion rings and fries were average at best. Milkshakes were no better than any fast food restaurant. Bill was $56 for two doubles, two milkshakes , fries and onion rings. The restaurant wasn’t very clean nor was it vibrant. Seems like it needs a refresh. Not going back anytime soon.
