During our visit here today, we experienced an issue with one of the slots not printing out our cash out voucher. We wound up running all over the place across the casino floor after staff to ask for help. 4 DIFFERENT STAFF MEMBERS and not a single one helped us except the 5th one we asked, who came to the machine and pressed the attendant button again. I wound up running across the casino floor again to catch up with a gentleman in a suit who wound up being a slot manager. That is when we finally got help. Some of the staff here is very unprofessional and unhelpful! We ran into this one other time, quite a while back. Thought we'd give it another try. It's clear that nothing has changed! I can't speak for the rest of my group, but I know I won't be spending any money here!!!!👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
It sounded impressive when we became Diamond level and were told we’d have access to Caesars private lounges in AC. This was a bit of a let down when we located this lounge tucked away on Caesar’s third floor. Diamond members are charged $5 (500 reward credits) each for entry. I think we were supposed to be impressed by the chips, dip, pretzels and peanuts brought to our table? There were only a handful of people in this huge space when we were there. We snagged one of the very few tables with a view of the boardwalk. Server Alicia was a wonderful, personable server, but the boring atmosphere, watered down drinks served in plastic cups and sad snacks were not what we expected for a Diamond members lounge. Open for limited hours Friday to Sunday.

We are here now and even though we opted in to housekeeping services, there was NO SERVICE! No clean towels, no sweeper run. NOTHING! We were not told that housekeeping was based on availability. Trust me, DO NOT BOOK HERE! It’s not worth it. Hard Rock or Ocean would be a much better choice.
The new Laurel Lounge is horrible! They don’t serve food like they used to, when they were located downstairs—now it’s just chips, pretzels and nuts. Also, ordered a Pina Colada and barely tasted any rum in there.
The ambiance is sad—first, the lounge location is terrible, all the way upstairs around the corner. As you walk around looking for the entrance, you’ll probably wonder where the heck you are—in the middle of nowhere. It was a Sunday afternoon and the lounge was dead.

Hi my name is Kimberly Judy. I am here to testify the goodness of Dr. Osas who helped me fix my broken home. I was married for years until things got ugly and we argued and clashed almost every time..
Compared to the VIP lounges I have access to at other brand casinos - this is a joke. Like I cannot even do anything but laugh. You can get chips, peanuts, pretzels. Yeah, alcohol and soft drinks. Enjoy those with your chips, pretzels, and peanuts. They really care about the money you spend to be Diamond Elite or 7 Stars. If I could give 0 stars I would. Don’t even waste your time. They aren’t even open during the week.

Pros: Super cheap price on Priceline for a renovated room Check in was easy, the area is walkable to lots of random places on the boardwalk and convenient access to the beach. I also felt safe with lots of security officers and cameras. The room itself was very nice, decorated well, and the shower was great. The bars serve good drinks and there are a few restaurants in the hotel to get food although the hours suck & most of the food is under seasoned (but that seems universal throughout Atlantic City...) The nice parts of the hotel are the renovated ones, I had a renovated room in the centurion tower with an oven view so that was enjoyable. Cons: Parking garage & some common areas need work/cleaning. WiFi is spotty at best..our phones wouldn't stay connected Music through the property is BLASTING ridiculously loud all hours of the day, despite the place being basically empty They charge a resort/daily fee BUT you can't even access the tiny pool without paying for a reservation (yes even for a "normal/basic" pool chair) it's def not comparable Vegas that's for sure! MOST IMPORTANTLY: Housekeeping here gets a HUGE thumbs down. We had a dried up CHEWED GUM CLUMP ON THE SHEETS along with hair..so naturally asked to have the sheets changed. Housekeeping took HOURSSSS to come and instead of changing the bedding, they dropped off 3 sheets. Like really? THEN the next night, the toilet clogged & overflowed all over the floor..maintenance and housekeeping were supposed to come... maintenance came (although the toilet ended up flushing on its own). Maintenance put all of the towels in the bathroom onto the floor to contain the water. Housekeeping NEVER came. I ended up calling housekeeping again in the morning and explaining to them what happened... that no one ever came to clean so they sent someone. The housekeeper came and gave new towels and collected the wet ones but never mopped the floor or cleaned the toilet. So gross. I gave up and I'm thankful I don't walk barefoot in hotels anyway but I'm SUPER DISAPPOINTED with their service.

Horrible hotel, was told check in was 3 so I booked because I have a 4 pm conference. 3:55 pm and room still isn’t available but for an additional fee it can be !!!! Place is a joke and I Should have stuck with Ocean Casino NEVER AGAIN
Used to be awesome, now it's terrible. Only serve peanuts. Literally every other players lounge in AC is better than CET lounges. They've added and Caesar's has taken away.
