I’ve been going to Minos for years now and I just had the worst experience today at the Atlantic City location. The lady was incredibly rude, talked to me as if I was dirty. I was being very polite even though she was hostile. She got more and more aggressive and it got to a point where I said I’m sorry you’re being incredibly rude and walked out. So disappointed!

Lady behind counter didn’t smile once. Apathetic. No one else in shop at 730am. $13 for 6 baked goods. Everything tasted like it was 1-2 days old. Disappointed. One and done. You can do better on customer service friendliness and delivering a fresh product.

It's dirty, the food sometimes is stale. The cookies are way smaller than they used to be, and the prices went too much to justify it. Also, my friend who worked for the board of health in the city said to stay sway. It's dirty and they found roaches in the back. So, it's a hard pass. I'll never go back. Sorry

I went in and picked up a 7inch strawberry shortcake for 28 dollars, just to get it home and open to see 3 slices of very small strawberries on the outside and none on the inside when I cut into it.
Stopped in to grab some donuts to take home to family early this morning.. It was a sweet lovers fantasy. Cakes, cupcakes, cookies, donuts and bread and all so fresh. Spent $15 and left with a box of half a dozen donuts the size of my face, a bag of cookies and giant crumb danish that I inhaled before I got to the car. Very polite and sweet young woman behind the counter. Best decision I’ve made all week!
