Owner was very rude after misunderstandings with her grandkids that she has helping. The cook and kids were very respectful. Food was good, but took over 45 mins to get our order.

Visiting Atlantic City for the weekend and looked for a local place to have breakfast; so happy we ate hear. The service was great, fantastic food and the owner and staff were warm and welcoming. If you’re ever in Atlantic City, stop by and have a meal, you will hit the jackpot.

Mike, mike, mike,..where do I start smh...the food was great! But that's where it stops..the way he talks to his family workers is so sad...i wanted to call DYFS, too bad there all of age...they all seems to be terribly afraid of this man....and it was a little boy he was yelling at as well, it was so sad to watch..I hate to say it but mike if you don't change ya attitude, you'll be the downfall of your own business.
P.S. have some more compassion for your family because there so nervous they can't even get the orders right smh ..

Had to get away from eating at a food court in a casino I found Mike B ‘s on google maps haha man was I happy! Beautiful people eating serving and Mike B’s humor iced the cake thank you for everything !! (I spent my own money this is a real endorsementsense o)

Came here for breakfast. The prices are unbeatable. The food was delicious and the staff is very friendly. We had the hungry man platter and the Belgium waffle. I’m always up for supporting a local business and this one definitely deserves it! I fully recommend to everyone !
So happy I found this gem. After paying $100 for a terrible dinner at the Hard Rock Cafe, I was looking for something more local and affordable. This place exceeded all expectations. Still don’t know what flavor the waffle was, but it was both the meal and dessert. And I’m so curious about what they marinated the shrimp in and for how long it was in there. This place has a friendly staff, wide variety of options, and everything tastes amazing. And the kicker is it’s within walking distance of the boardwalk.
Skip the overpriced boardwalk options and eat local!!

After reading all of the great reviews listed here, I have to double check that we went to the right place because our experience was totally different. We were really looking forward to eating at Mike's, but sadly we're very disappointed with our food. We've had chicken and waffles at a lot of different places; some have been average some have been exceptional some have been just okay but edible. The chicken and waffles that we had were the worst that we've had ever, especially the chicken. I don't know maybe we caught them on a bad day. A really, really bad day. The service was okay nothing exceptional which didn't bother us, but the bad food did!
