Expected rude service, amazing Lobster Bisque + decent bread. Instead had amazing service from a sweet woman working there, slightly below mid soup. Would have been satisfied with Panera level soup, the bisque wasn't even that flavorful. Tasted more flour than lobster. Not the Seinfeld experience I was hoping for.
Food court very clean and Resorts did a great job with what they had. But someone should be bold and turn this into a bunch of local food trucks.

The terrible service here can’t be made up for by the food. The men working were rude and lazy, and couldn’t figure out how to charge a transaction to rewards. They tried to pressure me to pay cash, until a female manager came up and the system magically started working. Also they were rude when giving me my sandwich. Ridiculous

Honestly this was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I was given old and unlabeled Cole slaw. Had a moldy taste to it. Sandwich I asked for it hot wasn’t hot at all, and just thrown together. I asked and paid for double the meat got 1 layer. Argued with the cash register personnel. At that point I had to walk away and find somewhere else to eat.

Stopped her late while looking for a quick bite at resorts. I didn't put it together who's place it was until i saw the Seinfeld clip playing on the screen while i waited for my food. The roast pork with provolone was average but a very small sized sandwich. My wife enjoyed her chicken panini. The wait was not long, and the back area for staff looked clean.
The young boy, supposed to be taking care of customers was busy and we were ignored. When he did come to help us he was very ignorant!!!! He also got our order wrong and said it was our mistake. We won’t be purchasing from there anymore.

Meh! Listen if your going to advertise that your the “original soup man” then a) have some good soup that doses taste out of a can.Broccoli soup tasted just like that.Got the Ruben- was good- expensive as usual for AC $10Pastrami sandwich…. Meat was bad- when i opened up the sandwich- i can clearly see the oxidation discoloration (means not freshly sliced and sitting out too long (days).I showed them and they claimed it was the hot water bath they put it in that caused it.Sorry worked in NY Deli’s for 20 years and I know bad pastrami and for $10 - i wanted a new sandwich.I asked for a ruben and it must have throen them off as it took what felt like 10 min. To get me my replacement sandwich.Manager did catch a bit of an attitude- i think was just surprised that they got a complaint?Well finally got my sandwich and it was good- actually hotter than the first?Would I come back? No- there is other restaurants in Resorts to try.#incosistent
