my friend, a vegetarian, ordered a avocado cucumber roll yesterday and it seemed normal at first but towards the end she was confused and asked my other friend why her roll had pink stuff in her roll. Her roll was made wrong, and she had tuna in her roll. obviously the restaurant wasn’t aware of her vegetarianism but it’s no excuse for making a simple vegetable cucumber roll incorrectly and adding fish in a clearly vegetable roll. The prices are okay in comparison to the other foods offered in the hotel but it a basic standard to get a customers order correct, especially when it’s an order that has no fish or seafood in the roll.
STAY AWAY...!!!The most RUDE and NOT Hospitable Restaurant today. I ordered food to take away. Their seats were empty. So, I sat down waiting for them to bring my food. Then one of their managers came to ask me to leave the seats. She would rather have the seats empty than for a customer to sit waiting for their food order. She forgot that it is the same customers who do takeout that also do do reservation for dine-in, and all customers MUST be treated with DIGNITY and EQUALITY. It was a shame. It is the last time I will get food from them. They have lost my business forever.
Most notorious and poor management of total reward card security at Harrahs Atlantic City restaurants and stores since day one.. No ID check to use total reward card comp at AC burger , Oshi Modern Asian Kitchen, and this has been a serious issue since day one they opened. THEY DO NOt check whose card has been used . Anyone pick up a card especially “seven 7 card “ can use it.I Got comp stolen and fraudulent charged at AC burger Harrahs “8 times”“ $80 , $18,$18!$20.$70.90 $6.95 $8 $23 since Dec 24 Dec 31. Jan 14 to Jan 15 And OSHA shushi Who is checking ID with total reward comp usage. ????? NO. One. Reported to total reward center. At Harrahs they can’t do anything to protect your account. Filed report at security and waiting for “no guarantee recovery “. No camera coverage.Such things just don’t happen at Borgata or Hardrock or any other casinos because staffs check “ID.” “Identification card”.!!!!!!!! when using comp points with reward card.except Caesar property at Atlantic City.
We stopped by at the opening time to check for reservations, were told n such thing for this place. Well....until later, from the line behind us, appeared intoxicated John with his family. They were seated before us, with a comment, "he stopped by earlier to leave his name". I'm not sure if there's difference in "reservations" vs "leaving one's name" or it's just that my name isn't John, but that definitely wasn't a good start to our experience. As far as the rest of it... It's a nook off of the walkway going around the pool area, so don't expect much of the atmosphere. The food, mediocre and overpriced. I have to say, after the initial "run-in" with the hostess, the service was lovely. Considering that the buffet is closed, Harrah's could've done better with dinning options.
Food was good clean nice service.
Must visit while in harras Atlantic City.
Close to $20 for a chow Fun noodle dish is expensive. Food choices are limited in Harrahs. Quality is OK. The place is small, with about 30 seats. There isn't another casino close by, so yu are stuck here. Service was fine.
Good for a quick lunch
Food taste has gone down very much after the pandemic. I order a noodle soup, the noodle are cook too long, the soup has very little flavor
Nice staff. But..1. The crunchy spicy tuna roll is none of the name. They give you majority of avocado, a very small amount of tuna, no roe and so much rice on the roll that it could be mistake for kimbap.2. You only get 4 dumplins on the app3. The menu is VERY small and not very diverse.4. The prices are expensive for the amount5. Only dessert is mochi

Worst Asian food served!! As an Asian myself, I could not believe what I was eating. The staff was nice and friendly - nothing against them, but the food they served was bland, tasteless and just not good at all. They were stingy with the eel in the dragon roll and it was over powered with too much rice- the taste balance was way off. We also ordered chicken and noodles and they were basically drowned in soy sauce. The only decent dish was the fried chicken. We could not finish our terrible meal and nothing was worth packing to take home. $120 down the drain for cardboard Asian food. We should have stuck with pizza or Chick-Fil-A.
It wasn't all that great. I had chicken fried rice hubby had shrimp we also got the roman noodles. The noodles were fkavorless, there was hardly any chicken in the rice and the rice was over cooked and tasted a littke burnt.
Servers were inattentive although the restaurant had limited table dining. Menu was extremely limited. Refill on drinks not offered. Sushi was delicious.
Came here for a quick sushi bite and it wasn’t disappointing. The waitress did her job well and the food was almost there think it was the wings that didn’t cut it for me. Its worth a return trip if you’re staying within Harrahs Casino. The coconut sake was very good too.
Worst customer service I've seen in recent memory. What appeared to be the only server on duty lurked outside of the restaurant chatting with two suits while customers stood around awkwardly either waiting to order or waiting for an order. Orders finished were placed on the bar and never announced that they were ready. A ton of frankly uncomfortable standing around and 45 minutes later we had our mediocre, overpriced sushi.Whenever I hear anyone say they're going to Harrah's I will make sure to explicitly recommend they never step foot anywhere near Oshi.
