Hm I am very confused how to leave review for that place. The food was really good. I am huge fan of Pho and this place didn’t disappoint. Delicious and aromatic pho. Crunchy and not soak in oil spring rolls. Fresh fried shrimp and perfectly cooked cube beef over rice. Amazing food. Place little old but that supposed to be the oldest pho place in AC, so the decoration added to the charm. Stuff nice and very laid back. With all that in mind, after dinner 3 out of 4 in our group had stomach problems. It was painful and kind of destroyed the memory of this yummy food. Not sure what was wrong but I am confident it have direct connection with our dinner. That’s why 2 stars.

5/5! The service was great, the restaurant was big enough if you come with a large group of people. The pho was so flavorful and rich in flavor with the right amount of meat and noodles.

This place was great. They were out of veggie pho so we got the vermicelli instead. Not disappointed. Vegan friendly. Fresh food. Nothing fancy but who cares, food was on point!Vegetarian options: Vegan/ veg options are mixed amongst meat options. AC is not vegan friendly so very happy to find this place!

I been wanting to try authentic Pho and came across this little gem of a place. The language barrier, be patient, didn't stop the server from telling me which pho he liked best. It was the house special and OMG, it was everything that ppl rave about. Hot savory broth, with beef tripe, rib eye beef, and cow skin. It came with nice plate of add ons that complimented the soup. Hubby had the seafood stir fried rice..beyond delish. The spring rolls were small for my liking but packed great flavor. Highly recommend this local place

I go here every time I come to AC, this time will be the last. Customer service is horrific, had to wait at counter while he finished tallying up guests checks in dinning room. It was over 5 minutes, atleast acknowledge me. Pho Sydney is done, will try 7 sisters...

First time here recently—overall was good. Would recommend both the Bún Thịt Nướng Chả Giò and Cơm Đặc Biệt-Sường, Bì, Chả, Trứng. The Bún Bò Huế was okay, not as flavorful as I would have liked. Prices and portion seemed reasonable.Restaurant inside is very casual. Parking is slightly confusing—the parking lot next to the restaurant is not their lot, it’s the second parking lot over (free parking).

Ordered the beef stew with egg noodles, the meat was dried and old, stew meat should not be dried out period, broth was water down, if you’re out of a dish, just tell your customers and we’ll order something else, rather then pull something like that.
Food is always great. Cannot say the same about their customer service. Was put on hold for 20 minutes to order, had to hang up . To see for myself I drove to the location and realized it had two booth tables seated so it’s not like it was super packed. Noticed the phone on the desk still with my phone call dropped. Inquired about the phone and was told it didn’t work. Told them I was the one they left on hold indefinitely so of course no calls would come in and suddenly everyone got quiet. Family member called to inquire about fried rice, was told they didn’t have any. Turns out they did when I walked in. Hate to have to deal with horrible service to get a good bite of food. Kitchen 10/10Front Staff 0/10

The food at this restaurant is average, falling somewhere between good and bad on the scale for a PHO restaurant. However, the service leaves much to be desired, particularly the experience with the older gentleman at the front desk. Upon entering, I stood in the room for over 5 minutes without any acknowledgment or interaction from him. Improvements in customer engagement would greatly enhance the overall dining experience.
