The last time I was there I had a problem with my wings. I explained it in the survey and they gave me a credit the next time I came in! I thought that was very nice but they should have at least told me I had that credit I might have gone in sooner. Didn't know I had it until I went to pay and they told me how much it was. This time they were much better so hopefully submitting the first survey made things better for everybody I hope. Was very satisfied this time wanted to share that since there was a problem the last time they did make up for it.

This is the thinnest pan pizza I've ever seen. I'm almost certain it wasn't cooked in pan. Totally lacks the pan flavor other pizza hut locations have too. Furthermore, I'm sick of ordering delivery from pizza hut only to have them give it to door dash, who lacks any way to keep the pizza warm during delivery. Pizza. Once again, was cold on delivery when I live close by. If I order from pizza hut, a pizza hut driver with a warm bag should deliver it. Period.

I ordered a Pizza Hut melt and got a pan pizza instead. Used my points for cheese sticks and got bread sticks instead. Called them to explained they messed my order up and I’ve been on hold for 30 minutes now. Thank you for your poor service.

Wings were old and rubbery. Pizza was soggy and cold. When I called to notify the manager he said that’s how the wings come and I would not receive any refund. Very rude and nasty. Do not order from here. Don’t waste your time.

Ordered my food online which was good because when I later tried to call back to inform them they forgot my wings with my order I waited over 10mins and no one answered. And my wings weren't there now mins you I ordered there 2puzza box which is supposed to come with a special box that fits everything but I I didn't realize till I got home that everything was boxed separate the 2 pizzas in one box the bread sticks in another and no wings in sight on top of that when I walked in everyone was one there phones and no one acknowledged me and when they did they gave attitude and treated me horribly and I didn't even say anything I just put my hand out at which time the employee mocked me then gave the harshest attitude saying he's can do what he wants on his personal phone and doesn't have to help me. Worst customer service ever
