I was on vacation and had never been to this location before. It was a late night after spending the entire day at the beach, and we decided to order pizza. We customized our pizza to our liking and also ordered a cookie.
When the order was delivered, the pizza was incorrect — it was missing toppings and condiments — and the cookie was burnt. In addition, the delivery driver claimed he did not have change for our cash payment, which made me feel as though he simply wanted to keep the extra amount as a tip. Because we were tired, we did not eat the pizza that night.
The following morning, I called the store to report the issue. The manager informed me that she could not issue a refund because, according to her, I had been to the store before and she had “heard my voice.” I explained that I was on vacation and had never been to that store in my life. She then asked me to bring the pizza in person, which I had no problem doing since I had no reason to lie about the situation.
I feel the way I was treated was unprofessional and unacceptable. To be accused of dishonesty over the phone, instead of being helped as a customer, was disappointing and disrespectful. Because of this experience, I would never order from this location again.

I ordered my food for delivery and paid online. Who ever the driver was that was sent out to deliver my food did not deliver it to me. After calling him for 15 minutes with no answer, I called the store. They answered, immediately put me on hold, and I finally hung up after almost 30 minutes waiting on the line. The worst customer service ever, who even know what the food taste like…

So bad I did it online order and I received email your order is ready and I drive 20 min after that this guy work said you’re order is canceled I can’t believe he canceled my order 11 pm and this store closed 12 am and he said I don’t have I can’t believe why I received email you’re order is ready no any email about cancel

While visiting Atlantic City in mid-April 2025 I decided to stop by Pizza Hut to grab a quick bite to eat. Upon entering the store, we were greeted by the cashier Lillian who was very welcoming. There was one small menu on the wall. I think there should be several especially since it’s so small for people to view. At least have one on each side. We ordered a small pie, breadsticks, and a cookie. The wait time was fair. I would recommend placing your order in advance as there was only one chair located inside of the restaurant. When we arrived back to our hotel room, we were excited to dig in. The pizza was so overcooked it was so dry you had to down it with a beverage. We couldn’t take it anymore that we decided to stop eating it. The breadsticks and cookie were the same way. The quality of the food was highly disappointing. I wasted my money we didn’t even eat the food and decided to toss it. I highly doubt if I’m in the area that I would revisit this location.

The last time I was there I had a problem with my wings. I explained it in the survey and they gave me a credit the next time I came in! I thought that was very nice but they should have at least told me I had that credit I might have gone in sooner. Didn't know I had it until I went to pay and they told me how much it was. This time they were much better so hopefully submitting the first survey made things better for everybody I hope. Was very satisfied this time wanted to share that since there was a problem the last time they did make up for it.

This is the thinnest pan pizza I've ever seen. I'm almost certain it wasn't cooked in pan. Totally lacks the pan flavor other pizza hut locations have too. Furthermore, I'm sick of ordering delivery from pizza hut only to have them give it to door dash, who lacks any way to keep the pizza warm during delivery. Pizza. Once again, was cold on delivery when I live close by. If I order from pizza hut, a pizza hut driver with a warm bag should deliver it. Period.
