I called numerous times to the store to make a revision on my order and the person was a guy on the other end was very rude. He kept putting me on hold 20 minutes later I’m still on hold and cannot revise my order. There’s no way that that’s considered good customer service I will not be purchasing anything else from that Pizza Hut. I would rather drive to Absecon where they give you excellent customer service they should just shut the store down, or give someone the job that really wants it . Not only is the surroundings disgusting but the people that work there are too, especially the guy on the phone. There’s no way that I will speak to a customer in that manner or treat them in such a way. I have been working in customer service for 25 years and this is disgusting.

The service the cashier she's very friendly the food is great but when you order a personal pan pizza you get a thin pizza the atmosphere is kind of sketchy there's no place to sit or eat

I ordered last month & they missed part of my order. No big deal because it was mini shakers $2 is $2. I decided to order again today & a HUGE mistake. They completely forgot to send my Dasher with my buffalo chicken melt. Something extra I ordered for my kids. I tried to contact the store TWICE & was transferred to the store. Not sure why because I called a local number. I was on hold twice. Never leave your tip on a card because your Dasher won’t get it. I have talked to all my drivers & they tell me Pizza Hut steals their tips. I will not order from here again. Think twice before ordering delivery from here. You are probably better off picking it up in person.

No stars at all for the AC location tonight. We take the time to order our pizzas and first, there's no $7.00 deal for pizza. That's false advertising. Then we go to pick up our pizza, only to find the counter person gave our order away to another customer. Worst part, the hungry kids have to wait for their pizzas to be remade. No offer to discount on neither this nor a future order!Downhill Pizza Hut.Bring back Little Caesars!

My pizza was cold and flat and salty! The honey wings were hard and dry! Couldn’t even eat it! Wish I could of got a refund and we gave a $10 tip it was superbowl and it arrived quickly. Other than that I wish I never oredered!!! Terrible food!

After placing my order in the app and waiting about 20 min what the app said plus an extra 10 in store i asked how long the food would take rudely the lady says about 5 min I asked for a refund because I was on my break the lady gave me incorrect change back and cought an attitude with me even followed me outside to try and fight me bc she said i snatched the money out of her hand.... RIDICULOUS.

A little after 7pm on a Sunday, I placed my over through the pizza hut app, because you can't get anyone on the phone. From the app, our delivery is transferred over to doordash text message for delivery. Our food is dropped off at the front desk and it's wrong. There's no where on the pizzahut app, through the doordash transfer text message (or doordash itself) or calling this location on the phone, to notify someone of the error. I spent 45 minutes on the phone trying to get a hold of someone. I finally called the corporate number and I'm still waiting on a conclusion. If you're ordering delivery, ORDER AT YOUR OWN RISK you may be stuck with food you didn't order.

this places is not run right, they only have one person at 5 pm to service everyone that comes in in order we have to wait 20 minutes just to order our food and another 25 minuta just to get it like why have one person at 5 pm went everyone is getting out of work and want to eat fast. this sucks, they need to get better managers or a new owner.

Very Ghetto, They Cook other foods beside pizza in the back, like crabs, steaks & etc. I’ve also seen drug transactions happening in between orders. Place needs to be condemned immediately. Please drug test the workers for epills.
