Food was nasty and cold

This is an official complaint. I give Popeyes zero stars for hiring these two young girls.I came to restaurant to speak to manager about missing items on previous order in which manager contacted me. I came in on 10/27/2024 around :115pm. I asked two female workers to speak with manager. I started talking to manager Ali and stated to him these are the two ladies that were at store when placed my order. The both females started arguing with me stated they didn't work that day. When clearly they did. I have proof. These two young Hispanic girls are very unprofessional,rude,and disrespectful. I, don't recommend. I started refreshing there memory then was told you did come. No apologies this is unacceptable. Why Popeyes are hiring these two young girls that jeopardizing your business on numerous occasions? they're very nasty to customers and talk to much instead of helping customers. I'll never come back to this store. Get rid of those toxic girls they're hurting your business. Please hire professional staff not people thats a distraction to your business.:::(((((

Felt like I was in the way. Couldn't wait to get out the door. Ate in my car as believe or not it was simply more comfortable all around that way.

I like to eat at popeyes because the store is very nice and neat! Another reason I like popeyes is because the manager Ali and the employees are very nice and friendly! The food is also very delicious! I would highly recomend this place to people!

I can't believe it,no napkins, no spoon how am I supposed to eat mashed potatoe with no spoon???
And service was redicoulisly slow!

I ordered a meal for my family. It’s a total 3 orders. The cashier lady was so rude. She needs to be polite and working on her customer service skills.
It was a take out. She didn’t even asked us we need a sauce. By the time I took my ordered to hotel room. No sauce etc.
She was rushing and very unkind.
I get it, it might be busy hours but still she should not threaten any customers like that. I don’t think I will be come back again
No parking problem though. It has a big parking lot area.

The second time now I’ve ordered Grub Hub from this place and they got my order all wrong! Is there no one checking the bags over there? Do you guys just guess what the orders are? Insane.
