It was an overpriced experience with flavorless foot that didn't even taste fresh , my daughter had a chicken fajita that had a pound of salt and pepper on it, my sons beef fajita was chewy, my Mexican salad was flavorless in every way. The waiter looked annoyed and wasn't pleasant . The only highlight was the lava cake we ordered for my daughters birthday.

The host was horribly rude. We had a new server (who needs a lot of help yet!) and the women who was supposed to be overseeing him was no where to be found most of the time... very strange. Not nearly as good as the other rainforest cafes I've been too.

After our reservation was canceled instead of modified, they worked together to correct the issue and got us seated quickly. Carter, our server was attentive, friendly and very efficient!
Ordered appetizers and dinner and all came out together at once. The lava chips were all burnt and over cooked and dry. The ribs and burgers were well done and dry. Never refilled our drinks. Horrible experience.

First time eating at a Rainforest Cafe. It was a pleasant experience. Your kids will either love it or be terrified of the animatronics. The food was great. Portions were good for the price.
