I wanna give literally no stars at all. The service is just horrible. Possibly lost a credit card there and no one picks up the phone and/or just puts you on hold forever. Incredibly rude staff and just overall unprofessional.

My kids absolutely loved it. They were amazed by the atmosphere. Prices were very reasonable. Only issue is they put my kids order in without taking mine. So the kids food came out and my meal didn't come until after my kids were already done so I had to pack mine to go.
This place is amazing. Every half hour the is a thunderstorm if you want to know what I mean you have to go yourself. Also monkey:) And croc:)

This was my first time at this restaurant although I’ve walked past it before. It is very intriguing makes you feel like you are in a forest for real with all the sounds and decor. The food was decent. I wanted to order something I don’t usually go for so I had the Bombay chicken n shrimp. It’s chicken n shrimp in a coconut curry sauce topped with fried onions. It was tasty but I think a tad overwhelming. But overall the experience was nice. My baby definitely enjoyed. I loved how his chicken nuggets were in shapes of dinosaurs cause he loves dinosaurs! But his meal def gave I coulda made that at home… nuggets n fries ?Kid-friendliness: They brought my son his juice in this lovely souvenir frog cup! So cute!

Went at a time it wasn't crowded. Got seated quickly, however, it took 10 minutes for the waitress to come to the table and take our drink orders than about another 5 minutes to actually get our drinks. We put our food order in and waited about 30 minutes for our food - they brought the appetizer out with our meals. The food was cold and we ordered the bbq bacon burger and they waitress put the wrong burger so she took it back and they just slapped bacon on the burger with no sauce and by the time we got it back it wasn't even warm. I asked for a refill for my drink and it took 15 minutes to get it. Then it took another half hour for her to bring out our dessert. Once she brought the check we paid online and left - the waitress chased us into the gift shop saying we need to pay our bill making us to look like thieves. Yes it was a neat atmosphere for the kids to see but the food was subpar (it could have been good if we got it hot) and the fact that we got chased saying we didn't pay our bill. I will never go back.

It was fun experience. Food was good. We tried Korean chicken which was good. Service was good. The server was friendly and courteous, and made us feel welcomed. The jungle vibes are obviously fun. The location is great on broadwalk just beside Caesars.

Came here to celebrate a kids party (20people) reservation was made and everything is set. I dont like that it was feeling rushed and that there is no separate room (but I knew it prior), you can only decorate with balloons but nothing else. Per guests, some foods are good some are so-so. Servings are big. Came hot and fresh. It was a weekend so maybe thats why its rushed and all. I recommend it for a small party with guests not over 6 people. Will come back again but not in a hurry.

Waiter was Jack I got a drink and never was informed to take the souvenir cup by the waiter. So I paid for my cup for the restaurant to keep it.I wen t a second time and waited 30mins before placing my order then the waitress I assumed my two year old was going pick off my food and never asked if I would Ike to order her something. I ordered a kids drink so I was confused as to why I would let someone pick of my food instead of order her own. I also asked for Happy bit to be sang just to sit and wait and bother 30 minutes to be told they were never told. I ask to flag other waiters down to get mine. The service was good having to ask for things.Food is good kids love atmosphere and so do I but the services is not good.I always make reservations as I would them to be prepared but it does not help. My friend and I ordered food together, and my dinner came out 1st, and his 15 minutes later, Plus, the food was so undercooked that my friend told me later he couldn't get off his toilet all night Also, don't ask for mashed potatoes..thats turned all the way up to..over cooked! I'm sorry, but that's just ?♀️..anyway, the bathroom @ the restaurant you can tell hasn't been cleaned and not kept up on. Sad to say.. I had to hold it till I left because when you have that one choice looking @ it, you wouldn't want to go in too. It's a shame that they're allowing their company to fade out like this.. Always a great atmosphere. We visited on 4/3 the service and manager on duty were both phenomenal. We got the coconut shrimp and shrimp tacos and they were both amazing. Even the kids dino nuggets were deliciousKid-friendliness: Great kids menu. Skip the mac and cheese. The dino nuggets were made with real chicken and really good.

The food was delicious, the price was reasonable and the experience was awesome ,however... Our waitress left us during our meal to attend a shift swap meeting and we ended up waiting for over 20minutes for her which made us late for everything else. She also wasn't very attentive.
