A very small place, it takes more than 30 minutes to start serving the food, not recommended for children, adults swearing, a lot of noise, difficult to hear because of the music and poor service. The food was served by some young women who were serving the food and had to be talking all the time together and that's why the food didn't arrive for one person and until the end they wanted to charge for something they never served. Horrible service, I don't recommend it.

Unfortunately, our experience here was very disappointing. When we arrived, the restaurant was not busy, yet no one greeted or seated us until we asked. Throughout the visit, customer service was lacking—we had to ask to place our order, follow up on drinks, and check on our food. A simple acknowledgment like “I’ll be right with you” would have made a big difference, but instead it felt as though we were being overlooked.
The wait for our meals was close to an hour, and drinks took a long time to arrive as well. The restaurant itself also appeared unclean and in need of a thorough deep cleaning, which did not make for a comfortable dining atmosphere.
To make matters worse, a 20% gratuity was automatically added to our bill without any prior notice. I don’t mind tipping—in fact, I feel it’s important to recognize good service—but in this case, with such poor customer service, it felt unnecessary and unwarranted.
Overall, the food was not worth the long wait, and the service and environment made the visit unpleasant. I would not recommend this restaurant unless significant improvements are made in both cleanliness and customer service.

Friendly staff but the place looks like it’s ran by a bunch of teenagers. The girls were always touching their hair which is such a turnoff. They were just sitting around not doing much while people waited for their drinks and were waiting to order. But the food was good. The only problem was the steak looked so so dry. I recommend asking for a table outside since the tables inside are so close together it’s like you’re on top of one another.

The girl at the register was very rude to me as soon as I walked in I spoke and she ignored me then she rudely told me she spoke no English and walked away!! Never again will I step foot in that place and if you don't speak Spanish Stay Away!

The server was dress like she was working at a bar, the food looks good but was not so great the salad tasted funny. The prices were very high for so little food and we were told the credit card machine didn't work when we were ready to pay it was upsetting because she lost out on her tip...

Very good time spent these days and we went to Rincón Carraco, delicious food, authentic flavor, we are from Nicaragua so one knows how to differentiate the true homemade flavor and the food was as it should be, delicious, recommended, excellent service too!!

A reverend shame you are going to eat and they take almost two hours to serve the food and for how they charge you 30% tip..., not an expensive restaurant..., they charge so much... the truth is terrible the service the young woman working was asked for something and super rude nahhh... I never go back to that place again... it's sorry for the restaurant and the food is not that it was good either, that it hurts that here people do not change their mentality of when they live in our countries they are still rude..., I would tell the owner of the place. Change all your staff, for efficient and friendly staff and earn their own tip not to impose when they do not attend well.
