This is a very poorly run restaurant. From the manager to the bartender....incredibly disorganized. The food is sub-par at best. Don't waste your time or money if you happen to be in AC on this one.
The food portion is so small. The portion is like less than half of the portion size at Olive Garden. I could get a better deal at Olive Garden. I feel like it is a waste saying that they are an "Italian Restaurant". The orders in Olive Garden at least adds a side of a soup and salad or bread sticks. Here, they don;t even have that. The prices in Olive Garden is $10.99 and up with soup, salads and free bread sticks but Ruby Tuesday, I pay more than $15 for one meal with no soup, salads and no bread sticks. When I eat, I don't even get full with even one meal. The food at Olive Garden even tastes better.
Place was pretty clean. Service was amazing. Food was delicious.
Honestly..as weird as it sounds, I primarily travel to A.C just to eat here. The salad bar is an amazing deal. Great drinks for Happy Hour. Burgers, unique appetizers and steaks. Close proximity to outlet mall and Caesars Palace. Great place for groups and families.
First time I have visited a Ruby Tuesday. Our waiter was great. Older guy...but very friendly and very knowledgeable about everything in the menu. Gave us a few suggestions. Made us feel very welcome. My husband and I loved the atmosphere, cozy place. May be because it was a weekday and not crowded. Did not feel pressured to leave by the waiter as it was raining "cats and dogs". Food was great and plenty. We loved the steak!.
