Like other reviewers said, do not come here for a classic diner experience. It's essentially a takeout counter in a casino food court.
I ordered a veggie omelette. The breakfast potatoes were damp and unseasoned. The veggie omelette wasn't appetizing as well - stir fried veggies haphazardly folded into the omelette. I couldn't finish eating the meal.

My wife and myself ate at Ruby’s Diner inside of Resorts Casino for the first time. We ordered a Bacon Burger and shoelace fries. It was a delicious burger!!!!! The toppings were ripe and cool while the burger was hot with melted Swiss cheese on top. Tomatoes were perfect, lettuce was crisp and they were cold the way they are suppose to be. The fries were GREAT. They were cooked perfectly. The fries and burger came out hot as it should but as we all know some places send it out and the fries are cold or the toppings on the burger are hot wilted and not ripe. All in all definitely recommend. Inexpensive for buying inside the Casino as well.
Parking: The Casino has a huge parking garage as well as valet. There’s also some paid street parking.
Had the hotdogs. Great tasting! Will be back again

Poor customer service and very rude!! Doesn’t matter what food taste like, when the servers are rude and don’t speak English!! My food sat on the counter for over 20 minutes because they did not call my number!! Then tried to blame me!!!

Located inside of the hotel at the food court, the food was fresh and fast! The only negative I can say is that the atmosphere was mediocre due to hotel traffic passing through the food court, and the size of the food court was rather small. Not many tables so multiple groups of people sat together at one table. But all in all I would rate it 4/5 due to service and food quality!

I ordered a cobb salad, the menu says turkey but they put chicken. I didn't say anything because I'd rather have grilled chicken on a cob salad. The portion was enough for two people! Not complaining there lol. The woman at the register who took my order looked like she hates her job. I smiled and said hi how are you. She gave me a blank stare and asked what I was ordering ?

Rubys is located in a food court setting. It is lively especially in the morning and brunch time. The food was pretty ordinary for a brunch- egg omelette with cheese and peppers and the choice of meat in it. The potatoes were soft but not salty enough. The English muffin was nice and crispy. I added butter to it which made it taste a lot better. The sausage was nice and salty too.
Pricing-wise it was pretty pricy. The Philly omelette was about $14.99 and the Denver omelette was $11.99. The sausage was $4.95 for two.
It was nice to try out but I might just go for the cheaper option in the food court next time.

Charming atmosphere. There was a quaint diner bar where you could sit. The breakfast sandwich was delicious and the bacon was crispy, although it lacked flavor. Unfortunately, the potatoes were undercooked. My scrambled eggs tasted unpleasant, as if they were cooked in old, strange-tasting grease or on a dirty skillet that hadn't been cleaned after previous use. Didn’t wait too long for the food . Overall, I wouldn't return for the breakfast platter, but I might come back for a breakfast sandwich.

The cashier Naury/Naurys had such an unpleasant demeanor that I didn’t know that the order number printed on the receipt is not the order number they call. They call the number that they scribble on the receipt. I sat there for 30 mins waiting for a cheese burger . Mind you I sat right in front of the place. There weren’t a lot of customers, so I’m sure they knew who ordered what. Every time a woman called out number 16, while I am thinking I am number five, we make eye contact.After waiting for 30 minutes I got up and told that I have been waiting for 30 minutes for my burger. I Show them my receipt and unfortunately, I was waiting and listening for the wrong number. My food was already wrapped up in a to go bag. I also noticed that the chef was coughing a lot and was not wearing a mask. If you KNOW it’s my food, just wave me over…or if the cashier with the nasty attitude would have told me the actual number on they would have been calling that would have been helpful too. It wasn’t just me, another man was waiting and confused by this as well. He was looking at the register printed order # as well. My lukewarm burger was cool though , but service was trash ?️Burger, fries, and water was about $19

I live for the Philly cheesesteak!! Every time I go to Atlantic City I make sure to stop at Ruby’s Cafe! The salads is good too!! 10/10 for me ❤️???
