This experience was a tremendous let down for several reasons. Let's begin with the overall hospitality; it lacked from the get go! The hostesses greeted us, then asked us to have a seat in the very limited space they offered. Over 35 minutes later, we were called to be seated at a table that was previously reserved hours prior. Next, the server was later than 10 minutes in greeting our table. Another red flag. When he finally did arrive, he was not enthusiastic nor seemed willing to take his time to give us our best service. We ordered drinks from the bar as well as appetizers. Here's where the final straw emerged...Food was limited in choices and the menu wasn't impressive. We ordered the charcuterie board, which arrived and was served with GRAY, spoiled meats. 100% unacceptable in any establishment, especially for an established restaurant located in a popular resort. The cocktail drinks were also disappointing. We immediately found the server, paid the bill & left the rightful 15% tip to communicate "you deserve to be paid, but we weren't happy at all with tonight's service". The manager was also pulled aside and made aware. Immediately, excuses started and zero accountability. Overall, I do not recommend this restaurant and they had extremely poor service.

Food overly priced, did not get an AMAZING! Feeling. No bonuses offered thru my 4 days’ stay. Most employees were not genuinely courteous. There was not a thing that stood out from my first visit to now my second.

This is a nice casino. Clean, friendly. Rooms are nice. Smoking sections is really nice. Big bright machines. The music is nice. I get memorized every time I'm there. Peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend this casino. I have been to many but this is by far my favorite.

I enjoyed my room and stay specially since it was my birthday!! Atmosphere was phenomenal staff was friendly room was crisp clean parking lot was clean lobby was spotless bathroom was clean entertainment was awesome!!

The best restaurant in Atlantic City. Creative and delicious menu. Every dish and every meal has been outstanding. I understand that their space is being reassigned to another business. If this is true, I consider this decision a mistake.

Fun and lots to do. They even upgraded us to a beautiful suite. Great service as always. We truly enjoyed our last minute getaway could ask for too much more especially being we reserved the room less than 3 hours before arrival.

Great trip for quick getaway..easy to get in and out food variety is well carried from sandwiches to gourmet meal. Stay away from council oak steak house.. very noisy, for the average meal, not recommended for everyone or anyone. Better to eat at Sandpiper, sit at the bar, you don’t have to drink, I don’t. The service at the bar is much faster and bar tenders are somewhat entertaining. Order three or so plates and go from there.

We have frequented many shows and concerts since HRAC has opened. The restaurant choices are great. The casino floor has many slot machines and tables to choose. The rooms are very comfortable and always kept very clean.

I had a wonderful time at the Hard Rock in Atlantic City and highly recommend it. Staff friendly and courteous, very clean atmosphere and food at the restaurants was superb. If you are looking for a great time, make the Hard Rock in Atlantic City your destination.
HardRock Atlantic City is an awesome casino, great vibes, food, concerts, rooms, and more. I will visit again very soon. looking forward to my upcoming stay and hopefully another big win. My host Basil is the best

10/10! This place was absolutely phenomenal. It is located inside the hard rock hotel in Atlantic City. The decor is beautiful, the ambience is romantic, definitely a great date night spot. Our waiter was super nice, helpful, and attentive. He made our experience even better. Let's move on to the food which was delicious. We got the grilled flatbread which came with beef filet, caramelized onions and mushroom, as well as, the Mediterranean lamb skewers which came with with this delicious green sauce ( we had to ask for more to dip the flatbread in). The prices are pretty fair for being an upper scale restaurant inside a hotel. I would definitely come back here and try something else.

Impressive fancy decor as soon as you walk in. Love the cool vibes decorations. Our server David was attentive n courteous. We went in Sat dinner. Was not as busy as expected bc there was a concert and a show at the same time.I'mA oyster liver, Oysters Rockefeller amazing stuffed w crab. Raw East coast oysters fresh n clean. Shrimp ceviche sooo good I want to drink the liquid! They do everything amazing.

Made reservations a week ago for 9pm. They were doing some buffet thing no one mentioned &no one called TO mention. I got the run around from 5 different employees 9 30 rolls around... no more restraunts open. Lucky
