Horrible service, the Asian lady with the one braid and blush was so rude to us. We simply asked if the two scoops could be given in two cups instead of one, she said she can’t do it and we have to do it ourselves. Which is fine , but her tone of voice was snippy and loud , and not nice. I regretted buying or spending even a dollar of my money there. The ice cream was average , it sucked to be honest .
We had Hagen daaz at Borgata a few days. The service was impeccable and amazing. 🤩 I can see why borgata gets better reviews for their service.

The workers are attentive and fast. They make great smoothies with their frozen yogurt. I recommend the Miami Sunset and the Very Berry smoothies. both

I don't know how they got 5 stars. Customer service are horrible here. They don't even greet people, they just say what can I get for you. On top of it, they work very slow.
