Waited 20 minutes for anyone to come greet us after we were sat. Multiple employees walked by but never said anything and others were just sitting on their phones. Restaurant appeared dirty and not maintained. We decided to get up and leave after no one seemed interested in serving us. Not a single employee noticed we even left. Will never go back

The food was average, they didn't have the the ice cream, hot fudge, or pink sprinkles that went with the Selena sundae. I brought my daughter here for her birthday and one person made us feel special. I enjoyed my time with my daughter but I will not be returning.

I want to start off by saying that the place was completely empty when we walked in. There were about 3 times more workers than customers. Our waiter and the rest of the staff were unprofessional and were sitting in the corner talking instead of actually working. The food was decent at best but very underwhelming. A lot of their online menu was not included in the actual menu in the store which was very disappointing. We had a large party and ordered a few desserts. They didn't include many of the things that were supposed to be in it like sprinkles, chocolate chips, and chocolate syrup. Overall it was definitely not worth the large bill received and we will not be coming back.

Our server told us it is closing in two weeks. Should close now. No glasses. Waffle machine broke. Workers look like they threw in the towel long ago. Menu is a piece of dirty crinkled paper. Food was good. Service was fine.

The menu was our biggest issue, we have dined here prior and the menu selection was so much different. So many options. This time the menu was a joke. There were a few burgers, some hot dogs and appetizers and 2 salads. That is it. They were out of waffles which they are known for. Our bill was over $250 for 1 hot dog, chicken tender appetizer, sampler appetizer, 3 burgers. We could have eaten at fine dining for the same price and had a much more enjoyable meal. We will not be back unless they go back to their original menu. Service and ambiance was fun. Just the food was awful and not worth it.

Terrible experience. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Waitress was unprofessional, kept bringing the wrong items to our table. They have things on the menu like waffles that they no longer serve. Food took long, overall service was slow. I had an omelette that was overly greasy and salty

My wife and I reservation was at 11am, got seat at 11:15am. No one took our order until 11:45am. Our food or drinks didn't show up until 12:15pm. Our server didn't check on us once after sitting us down and taking our orders. Didn't see if we needed anything etc! It was like no one wanted to be at work. Place was very dead so taking so long or not checking on customers was outrageous. A few tables left also with the wait time etc. When we asked for our check she didn't show up until 10 minutes before and after! Service need a lot of work! Don't think I would return.

Used to come here and the dessert was great. Now we had to wait 40 minutes for the food to be prepared and it was the waiter that did it. We never got drinks and the menu has been cut by 90%. I wouldn't come back here if the covered the cost of my meal. Management needs to get their act together.

Asked for water, never came. Mentioned we are celebrating birthday, no candle Or recognition Table was dirty and food came out separately my son waited very long time just for a sundae. Over priced for the value and service received. Loved the experience in NYC, Will not be returning to 3 AC.

When my family and I arrived the hostess seemed like we were more of a bother than a customer helping to support her paycheck. No smile, no energy, no acknowledgement, just a blah personality. Once seated it seemed as though there was only one waitress waiting all the tables. I get that it was a Monday and they weren't slammed but to have customers wait 15mins without even being asked what they want to drink or even being told "I'll be with you in a moment" is outrageous when you only have 5 tables. We ended up walking out right behind another couple who decided to leave and not wait around any longer. How can you charge top dollar & then have crap customer service ? get your employees together and maybe your 3.5 stars will go up.

My wife and I went there for their advertised happy hour. When we get there the place was empty and they said they weren't doing the happy hour that they advertised for. Food and drinks looked great online and we go to the serendipity in New York City which is great. This one was a waste of time.

Went for my 2 of my niece's birthdays. Ordered one each of the birthday sundae surprise. They both loved it. I loved their reactions to the huge sundae and sparklers. I appreciated the song choice which was 50 cent In da club. Lol We all had a great time

This was definitely a one-time occasion. The menu on here said they had a veggie burger. If you're veg or vegan, clearly steer clear unless you order the two hundred dollar grilled cheese. The pros: the food was good and they do give you big portions. The cons: service was poor due to lack of staff or so it seemed. We received our water and soda 40 minutes after being sat. We were greeted about 10 minutes in, and she told us she'd be back. She was busy. But the alcoholic beverage never came so I needed to remind the server; received napkins well after we received our food. We weren't really looked after. Just not worth the price. Oh, and it definitely loud in there.

Service was awful! The lack of personality and bare minimum service from our waitress was enough to make us never come back. Server seemed bothered that we wanted to order dessert and we had to ask countless times for the empty plates to be cleared off the table. Food was decent and although the place is very pretty I'd rather spend my money at a place that seemed to enjoy interacting with customers.

The fish bowl drinks were listed as having embellishments and Swedish fish, none of our 3 we ordered had anything in them. We were charged $38 when they were only $30 each. We ordered a s'mores frozen hot chocolate after looking at the menu and seeing it had toasted marshmallow, a Graham cracker and chocolate bar on it. We got a frozen hot chocolate w mini unmelted marshmallows on it. That was $25. We sent it back and asked why nothing looked like what was in the menu, we were told they haven't had the ingredients for weeks. Then we find out they no longer accept comps after we asked when we sat down and it was confirmed they would accept comps. We had to meet w not one but two managers and we're given a credit for all of the issues, but they would not accept comps.
