Lack of cleanliness was most concerning, especially the bathrooms throughout the casino and hotel areas. I also experienced 1st time ever issue with my signature tier membership where I learned that my accrued comps of over $100 expired. I did receive a one time courtesy return of the comps after multiple complaints but I had no idea that they expired and never was contacted prior to them being taken away. Also, I had been told about 2 years ago that comp dollars never expire and that was bad information and I was asked for the employee's name who told me that. I may not be spending as much money as others gambling at this casino but I have loyally and faithfully come to only this casino in AC and I am truly disappointed!
If you gamble here, make sure you always use your players card or they will wipe your plate clean of your points that you have earned. Take away all your comps! I don't always use my card because I find that I win more money with out it. Apparently they don't like that even though I spend thousands of dollars at their casino gambling!
I recently stayed at both Ocean and Borgata. By far. I would recommend Ocean. The staff at Ocean was much friendlier and helpful, and the casino was much cleaner. I loved how many sanitizing stations were available and actually stocked with cleaning wipes. Ocean is well maintained, the rooms are spacious, modern and clean. The food court has so many great choices of casual food and I felt that the prices were fair and not over priced. Not to mention the hotel is only steps away from the Atlantic Ocean and Boardwalk. Can't wait to go back to Ocean!
Hands down best casino in AC. The modern feel coupled with functionality and flow. Ample and roomy casino floor. Easy access to all the amenities from everywhere in the casino floor. Great great restaurants, great food and plenty of entertainment. My wife and I have been going to Ocean Casino and Resorts several times and even though we have given other casinos in AC a fair shot, we always got back to Ocean Casino and Resorts. We feel safer, welcomed and treated as we want to be treated. The casino staff is amazing, helpful and cordial.

Make reservations at restaurants before your stay.stop by the concierge for tips about the property. great place to see a concert. the casino isn't completely crowded, even on a friday night there was access to many machines game tables. Bar areas located throughout. Nice betting area for sports with 10plus TV's showing various games. Room was ocean side, great view, clean, modern decor. Room was ready before check in time which was a nice bonus. Beautiful outdoor areas with multip0e fire pits, lounges and seating.
Was at hotel for a concert--hotel and grounds were beautiful and well maintained. Concert venue a little tight. Staff friendly. Prices a bit steep in the cafe and gift shop. Did not gamble and liked that this hotel did not focus solely on gambling
The atmosphere was great, welcoming and friendly. The look out deck gave you a sense is serenity, tranquillity and outer space experience, with fire pits, overlooking the beach, enjoying the sunset and the wind
I’d like to give a huge kudos to the security guard Michael badge number AO11332. He went above and beyond the call of duty. My friend and I needed help finding gift redemption. Not only did he escort us all the way there but he showed and helped my friend print off her voucher at the kiosk. He was so proactive and friendly and you could tell he loved his job. Outstanding customer service. Please make sure this finds him.
3rd time staying at Ocean's Resorts, I love it there. A great variety of good food and entertainment. This time around I was very surprised at the lack of cleanliness of the floors and our room. The chair inside the room were not wiped down, the corners and phone were very dusty. Bathroom was decent but the shower had an old water smell to it. The hallways leading to our room were very dirty and didn't look as if they had been vacuumed in weeks. Someone's food cart from their room service sat in the hallway for 2 days during our stay. I hope the next time I visit I notice that the cleaning staff has made sure the guests of Ocean's are pleased with their work.
I have visited Ocean many times. They keep drawing me in with nice offers for free play and give aways. It clean and welcoming. Decorated lovely. The food options are plentiful. The pizza at Roccos is good. Fast line at the Rewards desk and Gift redemption.

food at harpers was delicious, staff very friendly and helpful with our selection but you need to go early if you want the pecan cinn roll before they run out. the morning apple cider cocktail was smooth and very easy to go down. lol
Had a wonderful time at the Ocean Casino. On the 11th floor which is the Hotel check-in flooring there are plenty of places to sit aroundl, small aquarium, outside fire-pit etc. This is something that the other casinos do not have. Nice restaurants and great casino floor.
I think this place is well designed and beautiful. The views from the room are great and the restaurants are top notch. I also like the location. However, the customer service was not great. A long line at check-in, unfriendly or disinterested staff, difficulty exiting the parking lot are just a few of the way we were turned off. It's also very much a maze getting from the parking lot to the main building, and not just in the typical Casino Jedi Mind Trick experience. A lack of entertainment which means you're going off property to do anything other than drink or eat. Right now Hard Rock is a better option overall. Still need to do a current review of Borgata...
Been here many times..ALWAYS clean, rooms are wonderful. BEST ocean views from your room, resturants, and outside..Many bars and resturants to choose from and the boardwalk and ocean are right outside.
We decided to extend our stay one more night and up to this point everything was wonderful...we went down and paid for the last day and they said we had to check in with the front desk the next morning. I have cancer and was very under the weather that morning so we repeatedly called the front desk but the operator said no one was available. So my husband was helping me back to the bed when a security guard banged on the door ..like a swat team was about to enter ..and yelled for us to check out. When this happened I fell to the ground and 3 people in other rooms on our floor (room 4250) came running out to see what had happened and helped me back up to the bed....whoever the security guard was he didn't even look back ...I highly suggest intense training of your security staff. They need to learn empathy and what the person on the other side of the door is going through...and managers didn't seem to care
