If I went to the Starbucks over there the cashiers treated me with respect and I like that I have recommended do a few of my friends.

A bit of a long wait ⏳ — the line was super long and it honestly felt like there weren’t enough employees to handle the rush. Also, don’t be fooled by the photos online showing indoor seating — there’s actually NO indoor seating (supposedly they haven’t had any since Covid).
Another thing to note: they don’t offer free refills on tea or iced coffee like many other Starbucks locations do ☹️. On the plus side, there is outdoor seating if the weather’s nice 🌤️.
Overall, it felt like your typical Starbucks ☕, just way busier than usual — probably because it’s inside what feels like the most crowded store in the entire (and kinda dilapidated) Tanger Outlets 😂.

I ordered two drinks and also asked for a cup of water, but this location ignores Starbucks’ free tap water policy – they tried charging me, so I said “never mind.” Honestly, pure greed. I’ve been to Starbucks in a lot of states as a trucker and never seen this kind of nonsense.
The staff were friendly and polite despite the rush, and the drinks came out perfect. My complaint is only with the store owner – quit the greedy practice.

No restrooms didn’t bother me much but not accepting Amex is wild. Worst Starbucks I’ve been to. Also many drinks are sold out. No parking, no restroom, no service (had to wait for 15 min till someone takes my order), but no Amex…you wild owner…
