I don’t often come to Starbucks, but in a pinch I went to the location inside the harrah’s casino this weekend. I can honestly say I was so impressed by the quality of service and the staff there. I specifically had a lovely encounter with Robbie, who was so friendly, and went above and beyond to correct an issue with my order, despite it being so busy. I’ll definitely be back next time, and would recommend this location to friends staying at the resort!

OMG Robbie from starbucks is literally the best barista that works at Harrah's!!!!!!!!! His personality always feels like you leave the shop feeling like you're part of the starbucks crew there and his love and passion for coffee makes you wanna go back for a second cup! Robbie is EXTREMELY unprofessional… making me and my friends feel very uncomfortable by using the wrong pronouns for each of us. He called 6 security guards because he felt threatened by me trying to order a water??? he said it was required for my friend to show her my id for water even through she was willing to pay for water. but robbie gave us all insane amounts of attuide and was very unprofessional. i no longer feel safe in this environment and this one worker robbie ruined my experience. i no longer feel safe entering starbucks i will be returning to dunkin.do not come here because nobody is safe. Run if you see Robbie.

Robbie is an extremely rude worker. He is not polite and has a very bad attitude. He made this not a very good work place i would recommend to not to buy from here. This employee is not acquired for this kind of work place. I felt very uncomfortable and he ruined the comfortable environment of starbucks. Will no longer be buying from here. I usually feel safe and comfortable in the starbucks atmosphere but now I no longer feel safe entering.
Robbie is refusing to serve straight people. he’s rude and obnoxious. All we wanted was a strawberry açaí refresher but that was not possibly thanks to ROBBIE. We needed security to protect my friend while trying to order. he made us feel extremely uncomfortable i will never be coming back.

It’s so typical to have a Starbucks at every major venue so I didn’t expect one NOT to be at this casino. Surprise surprise. What can you say… they provide a necessary service for so many caffeine fiends who can’t fully be functioning adults without their coffee. It’s a nice setting. Always seemed to be busy w a line.
