Overpriced chain is the best way to describe this Starbucks located in Tropicana resort. I ordered a strawberry acai refresher which contained no fruit! Ordered a plain bagel and lemon cake which were both careless thrown in the bag.
I expect more from a Starbucks franchise and disappointed due to the overly priced items. Just came from a Starbucks a few weeks ago located within a casino that had cheaper prices and better quality and service. I would recommend other cheaper sources here until the location management addresses their quality and service issues. Thank you to the cashier who at least was pleasant.

MARKETPLACE location. Probably the worst Starbucks in the chain. I'll never go again and will tell everyone I know to avoid it. Not only is it 30 percent more expensive, the service is rude. Teenage girl got my drink wrong then gave me attitude when I pointed out the printed customizations on my phone receipt. Claimed she couldn't read it because she 'wasn't wearing her glasses'. A horrible excuse. A shift supervisor had to intervene to remake the drink. Go upstairs to Havana - same exorbitant prices but at least the service isn't rude

I loved that this Starbucks was close to the elevators to my room...I enjoyed getting morning coffee here, 3days straight.

Wow and no! Three employees and no customers. Ordered espresso by app. When I went to pick it up, they then found the order in the printer. Never did anyone utter a single word to me. Before during or after. No hello. No thanks. No sorry. Worthless staff and no supervision. At least it was expensive and I already tipped in the app.

Two Hispanic woman very disgusting attitude. This doesn't represent all of the Hispanic people just describing them. Very disgusting nasty attitude. I'm visiting AC and Starbucks is my happy place coffee experience. They had grimaces on their faces, very disgusting disposition. I ordered cold brew with non-dairy cold foam and was asked nastily regular cold foam?...I said as opposed to not regular as a joke and she grimaced again. Very nasty very off putting. If management sees this...I realize it's hard to get good help...and that minimum wage is a thing but this isn't it! It's 10-27-24 store 75621 at around 12:30pm

They tried to charge me 50 cents for a cup of water. I have gone to dozens of Starbucks locations in my life and politely asked for a cup of water and was NEVER charged! Some Starbucks locations even have a free water station so you don't have to bother the staff. I can't believe in the hot summer they would try to charge for a cup of water. 50 cents is insulting, and like I said, I have never been charged at another location (including one right near by - at the Hard Rock!).

I ordered a grande cappuccino, she gave me a regular coffee so I bring it back and one of the women asks the other and she looks at me as if I was lying and responds to the other that I had not ordered cappuccino with a rude attitude. If you come to the Starbucks at the Tropicana hotel, check that it's the correct order. I think she’s the morning manager.
