What is our favorite place to stay in AC? The staff is great. Dante will serenade you in the morning by the elevators if you’re lucky. Pop-up bars are always so fun. The themes are really well done and the props are fantastic. The restaurants are so good. I loved Ocean steak and Sunny’s and Harper and linguine by the sea . It’s super convenient to not have to lug chairs and what not to the beach because you can rent them as soon as you walk out onto the beach from the hotel.

I recently had the chance to see Shinedown live at the Ocean Casino Resort, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The venue was exceptionally well laid out, with plenty of space and thoughtful accommodations that made the entire evening smooth and enjoyable.
One of the biggest standouts was how efficiently everything was organized—lines for concessions, restrooms, and entry moved quickly, which made a big difference in the overall experience. The sound quality and stage visibility were excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the night.
Shinedown, as always, delivered an unforgettable performance, and the venue absolutely did them justice. I would highly recommend catching a show at Ocean Casino Resort if you get the chance—it’s a top-notch venue that knows how to host a great concert.

Very rude service!!! This will be my last time there. I am waiting to get my receipt and all the cashier did was talking to the her coworker about her personal life!!! When she give me the receipt, she never said thank you or nothing and went back to talk about her personal life loudly! Very unprofessional!! When i receive my drink, the worker look at me weird, like there is something wrong with me ordering this. Very inappropriate and unacceptable!!! Never going here again. I didn't even feel like drinking anymore.

Very clean very friendly and most importantly great staff they know what they are doing unlike the place in hard rock casino this place got it right special thanks to two employees "Iyanna & Leslie" awesome staff will be back daily while here on vacation for the week ?
I love Starbucks but this location is awful. A double espresso is a single shot and smells very weird like maybe they don’t clean the machine but it has an odd smell to it.. not to mention I got an iced drink and who knows if it even has espresso in it. Just doesn’t take good. Another thing is this location charges 10$ for a medium handcrafted drink. That is utterly insane. I’ve paid regular prices at other Starbucks for better drinks and service.
