Starbucks Caesars Atlantic City

This Starbucks doesn’t do free refills and made my drink all ice; the manager said because they were a casino they make their own policy. My cup was filled to the top with ice. The drink was $8.45 and I only got a few sips out of it. She said next time to ask for less ice. I don’t recommend this location.

The WORSE customer service EVER. The guy Doryan is AWFUL giving us the attention and his attitude is like he just doesn’t want to work. BAD VERY BAD his job.

Employees will make the drink wrong then gaslight you and say you didn’t order what you said you ordered. Overpriced at this location and you won’t get what you paid for. The worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to, I expect decent service for the money. The blue or green haired people are better baristas please hire them.

The caramel Frappuccino’s made me and my daughter sick!

$5.60 for a water down pike,seriously. I have been drinking Starbucks coffee for more than 10 years and this is the bloody worst coffee. It was like coffee diluted with hot water, bloody terrible, it's Saturday August 10th 9:08 am

Customer service was terrible. They didn’t add my cake pop to my bill because I got a bunch of stuff and then yelled out for me to get it. Were very cranky and unpleasant employees in general but then when I got my vanilla iced latte it looked like more milk than anything. I told them it didn’t look right as I go to Starbucks often and get that and she was just like this is right. Pricier than average Starbucks cake pops were $5.35 a piece. Wouldn’t go back.

I recently visited the Starbucks at Caesars Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey and was delighted by the delectable food and pleasant atmosphere. The coffee and pastries were top-notch, and the café provided a cozy and welcoming environment. However, my experience was dampened by the disappointing customer service and a particularly rude employee. The staff appeared inattentive and disengaged, and one employee's dismissive behavior was unacceptable. Despite the exceptional food and inviting atmosphere, the poor customer service and the rude employee significantly detracted from what could have been an otherwise enjoyable visit. What’s even more worse is that I’ve been coming to this establishment for over a year now and this employee should actually take into careful consideration towards improving her attitude. The rest of the staff are doing quite well except for this employee. I’ve been letting this employee and her negative attitude off the hook for a while and now I’ve decided upon myself to say enough is enough.
