Starbucks Caesars Atlantic City

$5.60 for a water down pike,seriously. I have been drinking Starbucks coffee for more than 10 years and this is the bloody worst coffee. It was like coffee diluted with hot water, bloody terrible, it's Saturday August 10th 9:08 am

Customer service was terrible. They didn’t add my cake pop to my bill because I got a bunch of stuff and then yelled out for me to get it. Were very cranky and unpleasant employees in general but then when I got my vanilla iced latte it looked like more milk than anything. I told them it didn’t look right as I go to Starbucks often and get that and she was just like this is right. Pricier than average Starbucks cake pops were $5.35 a piece. Wouldn’t go back.

I recently visited the Starbucks at Caesars Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey and was delighted by the delectable food and pleasant atmosphere. The coffee and pastries were top-notch, and the café provided a cozy and welcoming environment. However, my experience was dampened by the disappointing customer service and a particularly rude employee. The staff appeared inattentive and disengaged, and one employee's dismissive behavior was unacceptable. Despite the exceptional food and inviting atmosphere, the poor customer service and the rude employee significantly detracted from what could have been an otherwise enjoyable visit. What’s even more worse is that I’ve been coming to this establishment for over a year now and this employee should actually take into careful consideration towards improving her attitude. The rest of the staff are doing quite well except for this employee. I’ve been letting this employee and her negative attitude off the hook for a while and now I’ve decided upon myself to say enough is enough.

Very clean and fast. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.

The manager and employees were great , my son wanted a cake pop and a pink drink but once he tasted the drink he did not like it and wanted iced coffee like mommy . They dont make decaf iced coffee but the manager went above and beyond and got decaf hot coffee and poured over ice multiple times so it was cold for him . She asked how he wanted his coffee and let him order which made him very happy . It was great service and my son was so happy .We also had stopped there last night for fraps too and they tasted like blended ice not carmel fraps and they remade them right away for us , they still kinda tasted like blended ice and a tiny bit of flavor but we did not want to ask them to remake them a second time .The manager and the employees were all excellent and we were really happy with our service and experience

Kid-friendliness: They let my 5 year old order on his own and sat there and talked with him and made him feel so happy

This is a new location located inside Caesers AC. Overall, it's what you'd expect from a Starbucks. Except it's in a casino.

They don't accept Starbucks cards or the App.

Has such a fantastic view overlooking the ocean and beach. They attended to my specific order with no hesitation. Really chill place and not much noise to bother you.

Ah. So not a "corporate" Starbucks so No wifi No awards. Only thing going is the view but then there's only half the seating you could have. None on balcony. Disappointing.
