Steel Pier Crab House and Raw Bar

Went 2 times for summer lobster AYCE. First time they had lobster, although it was a bit salty and a little tough.
Second time they “had no lobster” but somehow did for the a la carte menu. Would try again as the AC boardwalk is awesome and the the location I excellent.

If you want to eat low quality food with flies all over it, this is the place for you. Worst mistake we made. We paid and left

I have been there 3 times every time They never have what is really on their menu. They lie about everything, on their menu, they put that they are not responsible for changes. Well, Their menu is all false advertisement. they don't have a half of what they say but this last time was the best. They said dungeon crab, lobster, they had none of this. They had snow crab, chicken and shrimp and one chocolate cake. I invite friends to come down and it was a total Embarrassment.It was disgusting. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone ever again. I will never go there again. And I hope no one else does TOTAL RIPOFF

Food was great! The all you can eat crab and shrimp was a great deal but they did not have a cracker. Many of the works seemed to be unhappy.

Please don't go to this place. I know what you're thinking, it can't possibly be bad as the reviews say. Trust me, it is! You are getting horribly ripped off. There are a bunch of little stores connected that sell you different types of food. They are abysmal. The fries were old, I mean like really stale, like they have been sitting out for hours. No salt, the wings were bland, the corn had no salt, I mean I don't even know how to describe the nonsense these people are selling. You're better off going to any other place to get pizza, fries, wings, etc. You're also getting ripped off, $15 for three pieces of corn, what??? $20 for 6 pieces of wings, what??? Just go anywhere else.

The only thing that came out fast enough was the fish. Not a lot of fish options and I am allergic to shellfish. My fiancee's fried shrimp was bad. The only thing that was good but expensive was the buffet that they had available. My Fiancee's Mother helped got one person and sneaked a few pieces. I got her watermelon. The buffet is $50 person that's outrageous in these times.

About to call kitchen nightmares..the foods been out for days the utensils to grab your food get put into a dirty cup of cold water the shrimp isn't clean you have to get seconds to get a crab crusher so you have to manhandle the crab not too mention the wildlife. ... there's a bird that lives in there and so many flies it looks like someone deficated on the salad bar they haven't tried to remove them ever health code violations everywhere

Went on a Thursday for the all you can eat lobster and crab. We were literally the second customers. The cold food on the buffet was left uncovered and had flies on it. This wasn’t a major concern for us as we specifically came for the lobster and snow crab. The hot food on the buffet looked good but we only tried a shrimp dish and egg roll.

The lobster was overcooked, dry, and rubbery as if it were cooked the day before and re-boiled. The first lobsters were just ok. The second was inedible. I got a third, which was also inedible. Meanwhile my fiancé had the same experience. We told them the problem and were told that someone else said the same thing about the lobster. While attempting to get an edible lobster, and one hour into our two hour limit, we were told we were only allowed two lobsters. They then began taking the event flyers off display and canceled the event; however, we paid for the “all you can eat lobster”. After some back and forth discussion, we requested a refund.

While walking back to our hotel/casino, my stomach began to hurt. There must have been some bad bacteria in the food.

I am giving this review in the hopes that they will do better.

The food was horrible and the strip was not clean and the rice was dry the food was very cold they had flies flying around nothing was sealed the butter was not even real butter I had got sick from eating the strength because it was not clean this is a horrible please do not be here do not waste your money eating here because it’s not gonna be but after that I have to eat somewhere else to end the night do not eat here it’s horrible

Food was overpriced for the quantity and quality. The fish tacos were great but the lobster and crab legs were yucky. My daughter couldn’t get past the green inside the lobster. Luckily my husbands stomach is like a lizards, can handle anything, and he decided to literally “eat the cost.”

We all agree this place really sucked. all the hot food was cold and all the cold food was warm. The corn taste like I don’t know how to describe it. The lobsters were disgusting had red babies coming out of them.
It was just horrific do not go there. warning, warning warning don’t waste your time or money.

One of the nicest, friendly, caring, establishments I’ve been to that took my lemon lime allergy extremely serious to the point they brought me out my own cocktail shrimp minus the lemon! and on top of that the CRAB WAS SO GOOD !!! definitely will be back♥️♥️
