The website says the Sunroom is open until 11:00pm on Saturday night. Don't count on that. Last night, the bar was full of people watching the football game. At 10:45, the bartender shut off the TV and kicked everyone out, despite multiple patrons stating that there were only 4 minutes left in the game, and the fact it was 15 minutes before the scheduled closing time. The manager defended the bartender's actions and proceeded to laugh at the patrons who were upset. It's not so much that it happened, but how it happened.

It's a beautiful restaurant but the service is the worst. They take too long for everything and don't pay attention to some tables. The food is bad too, I got the Pressed egg and cheese sandwich and it had no flavor, on top of that they don't give you ketchup or anything to eat with the chips.

Came for a quick breakfast bite for the first time despite many borgata visits. 5* for the vibe 3* for food. Let’s be honest guys - it’s hotel food so it’s pricey but pretty decent portion size. Think decent diner food quality. Fries were honestly probably the best. Eggs are definitely cooked all the way. They gave me a cappuccino 2x before my latte (no biggie other than my imminent caffeine crisis). Otherwise the service was ok (1 person for the space basically). The place is smallish but tropical rainforest kind of vibe really nicely done. Easy access to the indoor and outdoor MGM pools.

The ambiance and food were great—especially the omelet, salad, yogurt parfait, and coffee.

However, the service from Domingo, was very disappointing. Other reviews also mentioned about server Domingo's unwelcoming attitude & bad service. Sadly, our experience also was the same and seems like nothing has changed. Something for Borgata to pay attention to.

We always come to the Sunroom for breakfas when we are here. Today we got to the restaurant 15 minutes before my sister & brother in law. There were many tables open and we also let Domingo know we were putting two tables together and waiting for my sister to come at 10. We were then harassed two times in the next 15 minutes while were waiting telling us that he was going to take away their table because they do not hold tables. We had ordered coffee already so he brought us the bill to pay for the coffee and for us to leave. He was very rude, made us feel uncomfortable and then proceeded to watch us and give us dirty looks from the bar. My sister walked in while we were paying the bill so we wound up staying, which we definitely shouldn’t have. He then walked up to the table two seconds after they say and asked if we were ready to order. Obviously they hadn’t even looked at the menu and said no, then came back 2 minutes later asking us again. It was total harassment that wasn’t warranted. We thought maybe he was having a bad day, but hasn’t been very nice in the past also. But after reading many reviews this seems like a pattern for him. Unfortunately we love coming here but will not be coming back again because of this treatment & behavior. People come here to relax and enjoy a meal while away from their daily lives. This is not how it’s supposed to be for sure.

My husband and I have been coming here for many many years. I’d say over 20. The last couple years the service has been pretty awful. Today, was the worst. Domingo has been very short, and snappy the last couple years but today, he was really rude. My sister and her husband sat down and saved us a 2 seater table pushed next to them. At this point there was hardly anyone in the place. He kept coming over and asking if we were coming, saying they could not save the table. I could understand if the place was packed for sure, but it was not. My sister said, multiple times, they will be here soon. Is there a problem? There are so many tables open! Then he was just very awful, for the rest of the breakfast. Just doing minimum … at best. And to boot, my husbands breakfast came 15 minutes at least after all of ours! I just read the other reviews, and this seems to be a pattern of behavior… not just a bad day, which we thought maybe at first. But like I said this type of behavior has been going on for a while now. If he doesn’t like this job, maybe he should look for a new one. People come here to relax, and enjoy a nice breakfast before going home to our busy lives not to be stressed like this! Hoping the manager reads this, and does something here, because many people like to come here and enjoy!

The sunroom has an amazing ambience. However, I would not recommend dining here at all. My friend and I came and we were told to seat ourselves. I had my laptop and the waiter Domingo said “you cannot JUST work here.” My friend stated we are her to have breakfast. We were waiting for a friend and Domingo comes back and says “is your friend coming? We cannot just hold chairs.” We said yes she is on her way. His tone was very rude and hostile. Our food took over an hour (basic sunny side up eggs). Domingo never came back to check on us or if we needed anything. I would also like to add Domingo’s attitude towards Caucasian’s was very pleasant versus us (we are Asians) . We were judged from the get go due to how we look and he absolutely provided us with the worst service ever. Absolutely not Borgota/MGM standards. Customer service if I could would give 0 stars. Save yourself some time and avoid coming here.

This place is has the laziest employees, their hours are according to who's working good luck actually eating here, this places problem is staff staff staff and the staff will be the reason they close

Kliq Collection: The StartUp

Beautiful restaurant and ambiance however quite a few member of the staff there has zero customer service. You are allowed to seat yourself but the tables were dirty from the previous guests and no one bothered to come clean them. Our waiter never cracked a smile and was very snappy while taking our orders. My son asked for waffles and we were told if we want more options than the menu specified we can go to cosmopolitan for breakfast instead. We asked for cream, ketchup, refills of our soda and it never came, we had to leave our seats and go to the bar to ask again. If there was an option to put zero for service I would have.

Parking: Lots of paid parking.

While place looks great and has a great atmosphere and is pretty much as nice as all other places with Borgata the actual food was pretty disappointing. One thing I think is important to keep in mind is that they do not have a kitchen on-site, so the food is pretty much delivered to the place as if you ordered room service.

I thought there is no wrong way to cook the eggs for the restaurant, that serves breakfast.Apparently they are proficient in it. Both poached eggs, and the sunny-side-up eggs were undercooked. Slow service, and also staff shortage. Giving 3 stars only for ambience.
