The food was absolutely delicious! The cocktails and meals were definitely worth the price. I had the Cavatelli and I would definitely have it again. The restaurant gives the vibe of a classic Italian restaurant that makes it feel like home to any New Jerseyan. Our waiter Eli was incredibly friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable of the menu. Will definitely be back!

The service was great. Drinks are expensive, $18.99 for the majority, as well as wine. I had the butternut squash ravioli with sausage. The sausage sat on top of the ravioli and there wasn't much taste of butternut squash. I ate very little. My husband had the chicken Parmesan. It was okay. We won't be going back.

We had the Chicken Saltimbocca from the menu and the Chicken Marsala special. Both were very good, and portions were huge. Neither of us could finish our dinners. Service by our team was excellent and properly attentive.

Mostly good experience but prices are crazy hihh.....calamari appt $28.....pasta dishes $32+. Forget steaks and lobster.....I understand it's a casino location but I'll Momo much better and more reasonable especially prefix $59

The food is five star, no question. And our server Alejandra was magnificent. Her recommendations were on point from appetizer to entrée to dessert. The lobster francese, although pricey, was worth every dollar in my opinion. An indulgence l allow myself from time to time.

Food was tasty The restroom was overflowing with filth. No soap and no paper towels when I brought it to the managers attention he said I called. I'm waiting for the guy. I informed him this was unacceptable. He continued to make excuses and never fix the situation.

Our second time at this restaurant. Food was very good and, as other reviewers have reported, very pricey. That is to be expected in a casino hotel. Our server ( Signe?) and her support staff was absolutely outstanding. She was very attentive to our needs and made our dining experience a wonderful experience.

I had hoped for a fine dining experience but was disappointed, the decor is very casual with big tv displays scrolling pictures or food and Italian scenes right next to our seating never saw that before, we started with the foccia bread appetizer for $21 it was literally 2 small pieces of bread with prosciutto on it, not good, next we ordered chicken parm for $43 the chicken was small, bland and little sauce and came with a small side of pasta, we were expecting a great night but we had to go eat again a few hours later, definitely not a place to celebrate a special occasion.

We were seated in a private area for our large group of 16. 8 of which were tweens. Our server (wish I remembered his name) was patient with us and friendly without being overbearing. The "specials" were extremely overpriced- for example the salmon, which doesn't sound like anything spectacular, was $95! Honestly, their prices are way overpriced even if the food was good and the location may demand those prices... but salmon for $95?!?! Nope! The octopus appetizer (not pictured) was one of the best I have tasted though... very tender, not overcooked like many restaurants do. It was served with small pieces of potato, tomatoes and what should have been long hots, (but were actually jalapeños). I have never tasted Fagotti, actually I had never even heard of it, but it sounded wonderful so I did. I was pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of the Cheese and Candied Pear Filled Pouches with a Walnut Pesto Sauce! It was creative, it was unique, and it really was wonderful. Price was reasonable, serving size was as well. It may appear small but it is quite filling. I couldn't really finish it, but I also couldn't take it home, so I did eat every last pouch! Overall I would recommend La Strada, but be mindful that specials are very likely, quite expensive. @date_night_craves on insta

Ed B. There was no places other than McCormick & Schmicks opened for dinner on 2/13/2024. We decided to try LaStrada the pricing seemed reasonable. We were going to get the Spaghetti and meatballs at $39.99. We were sat at the bar. The server Arnell showed us the Pasta special and the Lobster special which we got. It was over 45 minutes and I asked did you forget us. Arnell said everthing is made fresh. The servings were small. The pasta special had 4 shrimp and I think a couple crab meat or lobster. I could not distinquish what it was. My wife had the Lobster Special which Arnell raved about the best lobster from Africa. My wife said it it was good but was not any better than Red Lobster. When the bill came we were in shock. The Pasta special was $72.99 and the Lobster special was $110.99. The total bill was $235.04 with Caesars salad and wine. When Arnell said special we thought lower pricing. I quess we should of asked. If we knew the price we would of gone to McCormick & Schmicks. We know what we would get there. Suffice it to say, we will not be going to Lastrada in the future.
