A must when we are down AC. Where the working man goes for a drink. 25yrs I've been stopping in for drink I think of past and present friends. The Irish Pub will never change I hope!!!

Another perfect meal in a great location just off the Atlantic City boardwalk. Greeted with warmth friendliness helpful attitudes. Another perfect sandwich and beverages that taste like the beer lines were just cleaned and calibrated, the way it always does.
It’s like an old friend when you can’t not visit when you come to Atlantic City !

This is a typical Irish Pub with lots of old wood work, Guinness beer, Irish Whiskey, and some Irish style food. It is very dark inside. They are open 24 hours. They only take cash and only give 1 check per table, no matter the party size. The food is good and the prices of everything is fair. Definitely with a stop, if you like Irish Pubs.

How can you give such an iconic place anything but 5 stars? From the owner, Cathy, to the staff and bartenders, they all represent the real Atlantic City wonderfully! The nostalgic history of the building is from one of AC's several favorite bygone eras. The perfectly over-decorated interiors, to the friendliness and straight shooting South Jersey humor of everyone you meet invites you to relax, be yourself, and take it all in!
The fully stocked bar is manned by folks reminiscent of the best Speak Easy bartenders! The bar is cash only to assure smooth and efficient service at all times. There are several ATM's on premise though. I did not order any food, but I have heard good things about it from others. The hours of operation, (24/7), have helped facilitate a welcome retreat for the casino employees, as well as civil servants.
There are even special events for these folks to be recognized.
Come in and take a tour! Enjoy the ambiance while enjoying a shot of Irish whiskey and a beer back!
