Its party by the pool on select days and times. Entry starts at 11pm, and that time its some auto music playing. The featured DJ really came around 1 am and till that time it was mostly time spent at the bar and some warm up to dance. Wasn't too crowded, the area is pretty big. Few folks were in the jacuzzi, but no one inside the pool although 2 lifeguards were on duty. Decent experience. This was a DJ party by the pool, aspiring to be a night club but falling short. Not a lot of lights or other special effects experienced like in the regular night club.

We prepaid for tickets for the night of 11/21/25. Arrived at 1:45am since the place was suppose to be open until 3am. We weren't allowed in because they said that they were closing at 2:15. Please put a note that we are required to arrive at a certain time if you are not willing to stay open for the time frame you advertise. We would have timed it better to accommodate. What a horrible start for my birthday weekend! We paid for the tickets and parking for no reason.

The club states On line $30.00 admission. And you can pay at the door.
So not true. We had to go to a kiosk pay on line. All the added casino fees . For two $103.09 to get in. We order two drinks $36.00 . Be prepared to spend pricey .Also found the Staff to be rude.
Such a Hassel to get in.
On the plus High Energy, . I enjoy Hard rock Lobby bar or Ocean. More Organised. I will never go back..

Atmosphere was cool, nice Lazer show, The crowd was happening , The first DJ was good but the second DJ was mediocre, I could do better with just the CDs I have!! But it was a worthwhile experience!!

Please bypass this place!!! Dress code rules that are not implicitly stated on website when you purchase tickets are strongly enforced at the door. Security treats admission like your going through TSA. Horrible DJ's, left after 20 mins. Better music in the casino. Not worth it!!!

I really wanted to enjoy the Pool Day Club and the Pool After Dark, but every time I’ve gone it’s been a horrible experience. What makes it worse is the amount of time and money I’ve spent here. Between the day and night club, I’ve spent over $6,000, and as much time as I spend at Harrah’s, I would expect to be treated with basic respect and professionalism.

On the night of 9/3/25, I was entering for yet another event. Only to deal with the same dismissive and unprofessional behavior. Instead of directly addressing me, 3-4 staff members have openly talked about me right in front of me — specifically about “dress code” — without once having the professionalism to just speak to me. After that incident, the service I received didn’t feel right at all — it seemed dismissive and unwelcoming.

On top of that, payments here are always handled strangely and feel very unorganized. There’s always some kind of hiccup, and I even thought maybe paying in cash would help smooth things out — but it made no difference.

Most recently, I went the daytime pool party on 9/13/25, which I was told it was an “event.” When I arrived, a gentleman at the entrance immediately said, “no more tickets are being sold.” Even a nice security guard standing nearby asked if “even these two can’t enter?” which made it clear that staff themselves were confused by the situation. I went back to questioned it and asked the gentleman for his name. I asked him for his name and was told, “I don’t need to give it.” Since he refused, I took a picture to document who I spoke with. He made a point of saying he works with Harrah’s, not for Harrah’s — which just made the whole interaction feel even more dismissive and unprofessional.

At this point, I’d much rather spend my time and money at Ocean and their pool, where things are run more smoothly and guests are actually valued.

Absolutely Horrible Experience — Stay Far Away from Harrah’s Pool After Dark!
I’ve given this place way too many chances, and every time it's been a total disaster. Harrah’s Pool After Dark in Atlantic City is hands down one of the worst-run venues I’ve ever experienced. Between the shady payment practices, inconsistent rules, and rude staff, it’s not worth the money, stress, or energy.
First strike: I paid for a section using my credit card — twice — because they claimed the payment “didn’t go through” on their end. Meanwhile, my bank confirmed they actually did charge my card twice, and it was flagged as potential fraud. Thank God my bank blocked it, but I still had to deal with staff who had no idea what they were doing and refused to take responsibility. No fix, no follow-up, no care.
Second strike: I returned another time (still trying to give the benefit of the doubt — big mistake), and I had already paid for a section. At the door, I was stopped by a guy named Tom, who doesn’t even work directly for Harrah’s but acts like he runs the place. He flat-out told me I couldn’t enter because I didn’t buy tickets — without even letting me show proof of purchase. He was aggressive, rude, and had a horrible attitude, like he was mad at the world and taking it out on paying guests. Refused to give his full name, too. Just a terrible way to treat people.
Third strike — and the final straw: This time, we figured we’d avoid any card issues by paying in cash. When I asked for a receipt, they told me I’d get one at the end of the night. Of course, at the end, there was no receipt. When I asked again, they told me receipts are only for card payments. That’s ridiculous. You take thousands of dollars in cash and can’t provide a basic receipt? That’s sketchy business, plain and simple.
And to top it off — someone in our group was called out for wearing sandals. I get that there’s a dress code, but it’s literally a club inside a pool. People are swimming, it’s humid, wet, and full of beach vibes — but apparently you’re expected to show up dressed like you’re headed to a black-tie gala. Completely inconsistent, and once again, the staff handled it with attitude and zero flexibility.
Bottom line: This place is all hype and no hospitality. Disorganized, disrespectful, and run like a scam. Do yourself a favor and spend your money anywhere else in Atlantic City. Harrah’s Pool After Dark is the definition of a bad time.

We had a blast at this venue, security is tight and they have kinda silly dress code rules, but whatever! Some employees are rude others are friendly. They have a huge patio upstairs, Drinks are expensive just like any other venue.

Please check out the dress code before attending.
Remember to bring a balis accepted I.D. too.
Didn't purchase any food ,but didn't check out dress code before hand either!
My husband had to get out the line to check in out jackets his baseball cap and my perfumme$5 charge.
It's a lengthy process to get into the Pool After Dark it's like going through airport security T.S.A. but und understandable.
Security is a must. The bathrooms are too far. We had an excellent night!

Ok so I been going to Harrah's for over 10 years and this weekend it was my first time going to the pool after dark. I have to say the atmosphere good. Everyone seem to be having a good time and also respectful of others. I went Saturday to see the Frank Reyes and Dj Lobo event. I have to say even the Dj Juanito who opened the event was great. I had a good time even though the announce artists came very late. Especially Frank Reyes. He came at 2am . I was very disappointed as the dome shape place made an echo and impossible to hear the music clearly the sound techs need to work on that.
The next day it was a different event. Same thing happened. The sound when was horrible. It was very hard to understand what the artist was singing. Lomiiel was the artist for this date and I have to say it was a different atmosphere, younger crowd. Everyone seemed to be having a good time. Dress code however was not enforce. There were many people with slippers and clothing clearly stated on the not allowed dress code.
So if it's your first time going to the pool after dark dont go in a hurry. Your artist is probably going to get there way after 1am and make sure you have comfortable shoe because unless you get a table reserve you'll be standing the whole time.

Great venue for shows! Went to an EDM show there and loved having pool/ hot tub access while watching the artists! Big space and great views, smoking section upstairs and lockers made this event space even more enjoyable. It was attached to a casino so we were able to purchase swimwear (cheap might I add) when we forgot to bring our own! Drinks were pretty expensive but that’s to be expected. Would absolutely go again if they had more popular artists. Also bag policy is kinda garbage going through security but I get it. 9/10 would recommend!
