Visit every time I'm in the AC area. Everything from the space, owners, staff and of course beer are excellent. It's always a pleasure to put a nice session in here when I'm in town. In fact I usually verify hours before I book my time in AC to make sure I can get a visit in.
The Seed: A Living Beer Project has something on tap for even the most discerning palate. The thoughtfulness that goes into selecting each locally sourced ingredient, naming each beer, and designing each label is apparent. The tasting room is a peaceful oasis, lined with plants instead of TVs. There are frequent pop up events, usually live music, on site.
