The food is Amazing. Didn’t try the soups but the sandwiches I ordered are in the “best” level category. Location is unassuming but don’t let this deter you. My only issue is that it closes early, 8pm. To the Ocean Resorts food management department, can you have the same or similar food at Caffechino or extend the hours at The Soup Spot. Thanks

A friend of mine was in the mood for soup, so this place seemed like the perfect pick. They've got a solid selection of house-made soups, sandwiches, salads, and sweets.
I noticed they offered a soup flight, so that's what I got. You get three soups for $14. I went with the crab & corn chowder, chicken pot pie, and Manhattan clam chowder. All three were enjoyable and hit the spot. The Manhattan clam was my favorite.
For a sandwich, I went with the Italian Muffuletta. It came stacked with Italian meats, lettuce, tomato, onions, and olive tapenade. Fresh and satisfying.

Good soup on a cold day. The loaded baked potato would be better if it had whole potatoes. But overall it was creamy and flavorful. The chicken pot pie soup was tasty filled with vegetables and chicken topped with a biscuit. Ladies were pleasantly delightful and attentive Hidden off in a hallway I think some people miss this nice little gem. Worth stopping on a cold day !
Service was great, the waiters were sweet, the food was good and loved the presentation for soup, loveedddd the loaded potato soup and the carb and corn chowder, the chicken pot pie was a tad salty though. Only other feedback was the grilled cheese wasn't fully melted and I wasn't feeling the cupcake, but I will 100 percent be back

The soup flight was fantastic! I chose the chicken pot pie, the loaded baked potato, and the homestyle chicken noodle. The biscuit and the croutons were out of this world. So good I got it 3 days in a row!

Terrible staff, unfriendly, unhelpful, they closed their indoor/outdoor pool early and never let us know when were booking it 2 months prior. We got food poisoning from eating at their cafe in their lobby, and were sick for 2 days. My daughter and I ended up checking out earlier then what I paid for simply for the horrible experience we had. I would not recommend this hotel. Trust me looks can be deceiving as we were deceived by simply basing it on what I saw online. Save your money and book a room at places like MGM or Bally’s your experience would be much better.

Definitely a hidden gem at this property. I tried it because I wanted something quick and got two sandwiches. The fried chicken and grilled cheese and both were scrumptious. With decent pricing and high quality food I’ll definitely be back on my next trip. I also got a bag of cookies and they were excellent too.

A quick bite this is the place 4 different soups all very good I think I liked the chicken pot pie the best . The sandwiches was ok the young man was very nice . I would eat here again .
