I came with my family from NY , it was a great experience for us all. The food was really good! The fish fried was delicious they were very generous with the portions. The younger Manager was very helpful and understanding of my needs for my mother with having a smaller leveled table. I was very pleased he went out his way to make it happen.What I would have love to see is more deserts on the menu. Red Velvet Cheesecake if I could suggest :)

Loved the service and the food, Cesar and Lawrence are the best! Problem is the harsh lighting totally affects the vibe, especially if you're trying to look good! Corporate needs to take care of that, asap!

Made reservations for 5 nobody was in there when we got service they gave us a table but people were standing around looking at us wouldn’t serve us then when me and my husband walked out the hostess said have a good day and my husband said yea u too thanks for the none service. Will make sure nobody goes there to eat after all the bad reviews. Well make sure to tell the hotel staff at the ocean Casino resort about how disrespectful this place was
The service was very slow and bad! Three waiters were standing and staring at us, but nobody came to take our order. At the end of dinner, they overcharged us by entering wine that we did not order. However, the food was good!

Strange vibe.
Only 1 unremarkable male bartender without service savvy speaking Spanish to a couple employees that seemed to be helping him somewhat. Needs to bus his counter more quickly, and clean his serving glasses better….
Staffed by Ocean employees that seem a bit rough. Older manager that was hands-on, but seemingly having minimal effect upon the staff.
Good guacamole - always a barometer for decent food. Happy Hour menu available.
Place has potential, but the play area (virtual golf, soccer, etc.) can get quite noisy. Great ocean view.

We waited for 45 minutes for our food. When it came out, my wife's came out first 20 minutes later my food came out. A simple cheese steak and cesadilla. Then the bill was almost 60 bucks and still had to tip my server, it was not his fault!

Great place for a night out. Perfect for a family in winter. Head over to get some activity. Lots of games to play on the simulated screen. Grab a bite and/or drink and you’re good to go!

Service was horrible, we sat for 30 minutes before anyone came up to us. There was only 3 people in the restaurant, I had to ask the bartender for a waitress who was standing next to us on her phone the entire time along with the manager, I would fire everyone that works here. The bartender was noosing out the entire time, the worst experience we have ever had. I know why the place was empty on a Saturday at 7 pm.

We reserved a bay for an hour. Five minutes after setting everything up, our sensors began to malfunction. The balls we were throwing were not registering on the screen. Our waitress came and reset the device, set everything up again, and reset our clock to an hour. Ten minutes later, the sensors malfunction again. No one was around, so my wife went to the front desk. She was told the manager would be right over. He didn't show up for another 15 minutes. They end up moving us to another bay. They have to move all of our food and drinks and set all the players up again. I notice when the waitress reset the timer, she set it to 30 minutes. I questioned why 30 minutes, we only had about 15 minutes total tops to play. She said that's what the manager said. Thankfully she knew that was not right at all. Before I could even start flipping out, she added another 15 minutes to it. Even that was just fair, and did not account for the frustration and inconvenience we went through. This manager just left a bad taste in my mouth. He never once addressed anything with us vocally. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. So whoever the manager was on Sunday evening 9/24/23, he might need some customer service workshops on how to deal with customers properly. Will not be returning.
