We waited for 45 minutes for our food. When it came out, my wife's came out first 20 minutes later my food came out. A simple cheese steak and cesadilla. Then the bill was almost 60 bucks and still had to tip my server, it was not his fault!

Great place for a night out. Perfect for a family in winter. Head over to get some activity. Lots of games to play on the simulated screen. Grab a bite and/or drink and you’re good to go!Parking: Park in Ocean casino for ease

Service was horrible, we sat for 30 minutes before anyone came up to us. There was only 3 people in the restaurant, I had to ask the bartender for a waitress who was standing next to us on her phone the entire time along with the manager, I would fire everyone that works here. The bartender was noosing out the entire time, the worst experience we have ever had. I know why the place was empty on a Saturday at 7 pm.

Staff was the best part, every person there was kind. The games were half broken and the computer didn’t work well. The food is mediocre but it was fine for picky fried foods.

We reserved a bay for an hour. Five minutes after setting everything up, our sensors began to malfunction. The balls we were throwing were not registering on the screen. Our waitress came and reset the device, set everything up again, and reset our clock to an hour. Ten minutes later, the sensors malfunction again. No one was around, so my wife went to the front desk. She was told the manager would be right over. He didn't show up for another 15 minutes. They end up moving us to another bay. They have to move all of our food and drinks and set all the players up again. I notice when the waitress reset the timer, she set it to 30 minutes. I questioned why 30 minutes, we only had about 15 minutes total tops to play. She said that's what the manager said. Thankfully she knew that was not right at all. Before I could even start flipping out, she added another 15 minutes to it. Even that was just fair, and did not account for the frustration and inconvenience we went through. This manager just left a bad taste in my mouth. He never once addressed anything with us vocally. Not even an apology for the inconvenience. So whoever the manager was on Sunday evening 9/24/23, he might need some customer service workshops on how to deal with customers properly. Will not be returning.

Worst service ever. Waitress was not polite. We waited 15 min before she even approached our table. The menu prices were totally different than those advertised on line. The Lobster was tasteless and rubbery and full of water. It was cold. The broccoli was hard and cold no taste couldn't even eat it. The new potatoes were cold and tasteless. So disappointed. I will never go back here and would not recommend this restaurant. Sorry but not sorry. This is the truth.

Food was a average bar food. Chicken wing could have been a little more. Nacho were ok not to soggy not to hard. Mixed cocktails were below average could have been mixed better.

I actually don’t know how this place is still in business. This is the first time I’ve ever been to a top golf. I hope the others aren’t like this one. Waited 10 minutes for the hostess to seat us and then another 20 minutes to even order our drinks. This just ate into our time playing because we didn’t even get our food until we had 10 minutes left in our hour. I had to start looking around for the server and found her chatting it up at the bar. She just looked over and asked if I was ready to order. It was dead in there. Tons of staff and they had no care in the world for the guests. Also, no personality at all. The food was horrible. My burger was a hockey puck. The wings were dry. Sliders were dry. Nachos were disgusting. Oh and on top of all that the touch screen for the games was broken. I spent $300 and regret every penny.

They will not accept gift cards from Top Golf. They are not /REALLY/ Top Golf, but they use the Top Golf name. We brought a gift card with us and asked if they would accept it. Our waiter wasn't sure, he took it with him and checked with at least 2 other people to confirm we could use the gift card. After telling us yes, we could use it, we ordered an appetizer, drinks and dinner. Then he brings the check and tells us that no, they can not accept it because they are not actually affiliated with Top Golf. How do 3 people working there NOT know that you don't accept gift cards? We paid and tipped our server, but that was a dumb situation.

Group of seven of us sat at bar to eat. Waitress was not friendly or nice, we had to tiptoe around asking what they had to drink as she was clearly annoyed.Ordered food - one sandwich was missing. She claimed it was never ordered and was basically arguing with the guy about it.We got it to go and gave it to a homeless couple on the boardwalk.We most definitely won't be back

Customer service is horrible. I tried to schedule a birthday party for my son. I talked to multiple people, and no one could help me. I also left multiple messages with their scheduling phone number, and still nobody returned my calls.

If you want to have a place with great drinks, food, and service this is an amazing place. If you are coming for the virtual reality there are a lot of game options and everyone had fun! The only downfall of our visit was the game not registering the ball during our gameplay and the game freezing which caused a loss of time. Our game sadly shut down during the gameplay and we had to reboot. As this may not happen to everyone. One thing you need to know about this place is to come with patience.

This place is so bright and huge windows facing the ocean. Depending on your seating you could face the Ferris wheel on the boardwalk. Great bar menu just to watch the game and nibble and drink. I came today for there $26 lobster plate… If your someone that likes seasoning use your salt pepper and butter don’t forget to squeeze that lemon to get that flavorful profile going. The service is good and the are very accommodating going above and beyond I needed napkins, lemon butter and Bryan was always on point with service so thank you Bryan.. Little things go along way you were definitely busting your butt on the floor.
