Use this app to make a reservation but when I arrived the hostess told me they don't use this site and have asked many times to be removed from open table . Very frustrating since now I had to wait 40 min . Kitchen was backed up and asked not to seat anyone until they caught up . After being told it would be another 30 min I asked can you at least seat us and order drinks , sitting and standing make a big difference. Finally they seated us , I had to make a trip to the bar to get my own drinks . Very expensive bar , $18 for a glass of house white wine and they actually had the nerve to serve it in a paper up which I refused to accept. Your going to charge me that insane price and I don't get a wine glass . Best thing about it was the food and that was just alright. My daughter and I were attending a convention next door all day , we were tired and hungry and no other options were available and I'm not walking the streets of AC at night . I would order pizza delivery or eat a candy bar from a vending machine before going back here . One star review from me .

We were seated quickly. However, we were disappointed to find that the menu was very limited, compared to the menu that is posted on their website. Even some of the items that were on the limited menu were unavailable. For example, they said that they did not have any breaded chicken and, therefore, could not serve the Louisiana Chicken sandwich nor put breaded chicken on my Caesar salad. Aside from that, once we put in our order, it came out very quickly, but our server didn't come by to ask how our food was while we were eating. Luckily, we were happy with what we ordered.

Terrible service. When we arrived we were told Tun Tavern does not accept Open Table reservations, even though there is a link on their website. Do not eat here unless you want your meals to come out before your appetizers, and 3 of 4 meals to be delivered together with the 4th arriving 15 minutes later. Do not expect to have napkins or flatware to use with your meal. Also do not eat here unless you want your table cleared of unfinished food and drinks when you get up to use the bathroom, then come back to your table having a whole new family seated there. Do not eat here unless you want the manager to harass you after you've already paid for all the meals, including the ones the staff cleared and got rid of before you could finish them. The manager couldn't be bothered to come talk to us about the table being cleared, or any other food service issues but after we paid he was able to come over and tell us we were in the wrong to complain about service. He then proceeded to tell us to leave and not come back. Food and service is much better at Wingcraft located just across the street.

Due to it being a cheer competition weekend they did not honor any reservations from open table. It was a disaster. Everyone showed up and they said you have to wait in line for a table. Most people left.

Food and drinks were pricey. My $15 glass of wine was served to me in a plastic cup. Food came out fast, so that's a plus.

Their not open on Thursday , they really need to reach out to let you know so no one will book through you guys for Monday through Thursday so annoying. They're only open on weekends.

The service was decent but the food was subpar. I ordered a pound of wings and got 6. They came out way too fast to be fresh and the chicken on the chicken Caesar was stale. The dressing was blah and everything was overpriced. For what I paid for a salad and wings I expected way more. I couldn't even eat the salad it was that bad.

Vegetarian options: I did not see many vegetarian options on the menu .

Waiter never asked if I wanted a second drink, hence 4 stars for service. Atmosphere is just me.
Food and drinks were a letdown. Buffalo wings had distinct teriyaki flavor. Maybe they were tossed in a bowl that was with teriyaki wings or the sauce has teriyaki. 12 oz steak was medium not medium rare and tough, with a chunk of frozen butter on top. Broccoli was overcooked. Potatoes were awful! They were sweet, like sugar was added. Got a beer flight (they were out of Tripel which is nonsense for a brew pub) and none were better than 3/5, but it was cheap.

So grateful to the staff here - amazing customer service and incredibly kind. We came in after a basketball tournament just before closing (not realizing they were closing) and they stayed open late, assured us it wasn’t a problem, did not rush us and were just so kind. Hats off to this amazing staff! And the food was great too!

A great brewpub to grab a beer & food when staying at the Sheraton next door or heading to the convention center. The service was outstanding and food was right on par. A tavern-like atmosphere with locally brewed beer that spans all kinds of styles. I would highly recommend this brewery in AC.
