At a Conference yesterday was sat by the hostess then ignored for 20-25 minutes after trying to get a waitresses attention so I can order. Overheard one staff member say does anyone have her while setting up for an event. So I just got up and left.

Pretty depressing. Empty on Thursday night Labor Day weekend. Food totally gross and high school cafeteria vibes. Avoid. Many better options nearby

Been here twice over last couple of months while on work trips. Beer and service have been great. Food first time was good having their blue crab fry’s and blue crab cakes, only improvement I would recommend is getting the fries crispier and the gravy/bisque makes them soggy quick.

Just got done having dinner there this time and again had good beer and service. However the food was extremely lacking. Tried their prime rib and from experience cooking it for years this one came from the freeze due to texture and the fat was still ice cold in several spots. Granted I came in early 5 o’clock but the place was dead, at least the could have warmed it back up so that there were no icy parts.

Employees are very disrespectful. Managers are even worse. Understaff and very slow. Also you are not able to ask for adjustments to your order (example: well down meat). Talked down to females and very rude and aggressive and acts like he doesn’t have time for people of color (worker: Nick). Saw it across multiple table. I would have demanded a refund but I wanted to get away as soon as possible for amount of flys in the kitchen area. Horrible experience at this restaurant and location and will never visit this establishment again.

The two bartenders were not interested in serving. They also were not aware of what the kitchen had. The food quality had steadily dropped over the last few years. It was such a perfect spot with good service but it's obvious something has happened. Miss it.

Sued the makers of the real Tun Tavern. You’re just borrowing the name, your restaurant sucks and not even in Philadelphia.

Aside from the craft beer, the wings were horrible no flavor and service was horrible.

If Sharon is considered one of your best employees after 20 years, it may be time to reassess what customer service excellence looks like. During our visit, her attitude was curt, unwelcoming, and frankly, unprofessional. A smile and basic courtesy would’ve gone a long way in creating a better experience.

Additionally, the outdated POS system and Tun’s resistance to modern upgrades suggest a lack of investment in both staff efficiency and customer satisfaction. The Atlantic City community deserves better.

We won’t be returning—and based on our experience, we’ll be encouraging others to take their business elsewhere.

Unpleasant experience - attached to hotel and across from convention centre and they do not have the ability to split bills. Insanity. I am sorry you all seem to hate your job but as a server you are in customer service industry….. act like it or quit. Gave thus place 2 chances. There is no third. Server was Sharon T.
