(Translated by Google) Avoid this place at all cost! They took $237.50 for a 38lbs package to ship to Vietnam. Then lost it. Worse than that, they didn't want to follow along with their customer to solve the issue. We reached out for help and was told they used UPS and UPS damaged our package, but we never received an official claim form. It happened back in May, and now it's been more than 3 months. They threaten to bring us to court if we show up asking for our package again. The business owner claims she was not the physical person to deliver the package herself so she didn't know. How irresponsible once they received your payment IN CASH! Learn from my mistake and bring your business elsewhere. The owner went to jail for tax fraud before, we should have known better!Vietnamese community do not trust this place to use the service to send items to Vietnam. They charged $237.5 to send a 38 lbs box of clothes and books back to Vietnam. Do not provide invoice, tracking number or any other information. Then only notify the lost and lost goods to anyone and do not let the customer know. Only when I called FMC to ask them to contact them, they said UPS lost the package, but I did not receive an official form with UPS. They take money quickly, but if you lose your item, they will sue you if you dare to go to their store and ask about your box. I sent the goods from May, lost the goods until now, it has been more than 3 months but besides waiting and being scolded, they have not contacted me. They say the second-hand box isn't worth it. However, when I brought the goods to send and they took more than 200 dollars, I didn't see that they criticized the old stuff too much, don't send it. Vietnamese people do business with each other and lose credibility. Never trust this place. The boss was in prison for tax fraud.(Original)Avoid this place at all cost!

This business charged more than $200 in cash to ship a package (clothes and books) oversea. It should be delivered within a month, but they contacted us to report that the package was lost. When asked for a solution, they said they would contact their shipping company and keep us updated. It's been 2 months with multiple attempts from our side to seek a solution. All we got was that they're still waiting for an answer from their shipping company. When asked if they could provide a date or an estimated refund, etc, they told us they wouldn't know, do not rush them, they're not the one whom responsible. It's absolutely horrible and such a scam for a business to accept money from customers, and ignore them once problems arise. Whenever we try to talk to them now, they're very aggressive and unprofessional. The couple (husband and wife) who run this business like to raise their voice and blame the problems on the customers. We had our business done in their office, paid them with cash, (they even tricked us by not providing a receipt because their printer was out of ink, but we took a picture of the receipt), everything was done face to face with them, and now they're brushing it off their shoulders by saying they didn't physically deliver the package themselves so they wouldn't know. That's very irresponsible that when they get their money, the problems are on you! Avoid this business at all cost!
