Tried to check this place out today on 3/31/24 and it looks like it’s closed. It had a lot of city papers posted all over the door. It would have been nice if they updated their business hours to reflect this closure as I paid for parking and planned my morning around coming here for lunch. Hopefully we get an update soon on their location!

Honestly, this place doesn't have the best vibe. We went in late November and it was so cold with all of the glass windows, not sure if the heat was on. Tables were dirty/greasy and we had to clean them ourselves. Staff wasn't the friendliest and seemed bothered/annoyed answering our questions and taking our order.
Food was pretty good. The drumettes are great, the mango habanero flavor was delicious. I expected more from the BBQ flavor and I wouldn't get them again.
I had been craving a chicken caesar wrap for the past 10 years, and finally found a vegan version. Highly recommend it if you like that sort of thing.
My boyfriend loved the double chicken chicken stacker sandwich. I thought the chicken was too seitan-y but it was still good.

In some ways this has nothing to do with the restaurant. While trying to find parking nearby I found myself forced to take a 5 mile detour out of Atlantic City on the Atlantic City Expressway

We both had the breakfast burrito and coffee. Food was flavorful, hot, fresh, and clearly prepared with love. If you are vegan this is a must go to if you are visiting AC. Located in the middle of the main shopping area so super convenient location. They have signs saying they are not fast food so be aware that you gotta wait a little while but the wait was not terrible, definitely worth it to have great food, especially worth it for 100% vegan food for the animals! So just go, chill, and enjoy!

While staying in Atlantic City for a few days, I found it surprisingly tricky to dine out vegan. It was a treat to find Vegans Are Us. Easily walkable from the boardwalk in about 15 mins and located in the shopping district. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and has a few tables inside, and has counter service. Be aware that the restaurant does not allow customers to use the bathroom at all.I ordered the Caesar salad and the Philly V-Steak with my partner. Shared each meal, and neither of us were hungry after. I think the V-Steak was fantastic and highly recommend giving it a try! I am looking forward to patronizing V.A.U. next time I’m in A.C.! #VeganuaryDietary restrictions: All vegan ??
