called at 8:03 to order food to have delivered to hotel. gave address and name of hotel. was total 45 minutes. After a little over 1 hour called for an update. was told it was leaving in a couple minutes. After about 20 minutes driver called and very rudely said where are you I am here. Driver went to wrong hotel. At this point we had been waiting 1 and 1/2 hours for our food. called back to cancel order. Driver then shows up to deliver order and advised him it was cancelled....read full review
Called just after 11:00. Promised delivery by midnight. It’s now 1:01 am no delivery and no one answering the phone. Never again! And they took my phone number, no accident!
Burnt Food Sent out for delivery, Called & "nothing can be done" & Apparently its not their fault it's the delivery person bc My food is burnt 😴
