$24 for a martini, and the live music stopped at 1am on the dot on a Saturday. Didn’t even finish playing the song! Sad.

Harrahs has changed way too much! I'd give them a negative number of stars if these reviews allowed it. It's never as busy as it was. And every single machine you play is super tight! I have been a Seven Star guest until this last year. And I will never play at that level at Caesars again! The customer service is out the window, the machines just take your money, the drinks are hard to get, and no one cares anymore. I started with a couple thousand dollars my first night and never hit anything. When the free games appeared, I received a few dollars only? I love playing the rapid roulette machines. And now, they all say "machine doesn't earn reward or tier credit." Why???? I'm putting my money in there like any other machine. But you're telling me It's worth nothing? Caesars is the only casino that punishes customers for playing their rapid roulette machines. I will never stay at Harrahs again. And Caesars should pay attention, Ballys is extremely customer oriented and gives more to their customers. And you can actually win at their casinos. They even treat their VIPs to a special dinner every month. Good bye, Caesars, I'm completely done! You've lost a great customer!

The bed and food was good. The play time was excellent and I slept well. Will come back again to enjoy myself. Thanks Harrah"s. Your asking for more info. I hit a jackpot, enjoyed myself and had a great time.

Too many extra fees at this hotel. Pool fee, internet fee and also an early check in fee that they don’t tell you about till you wait on line for about 30-40 mins ( not enough staff) and ask to check in early. When I asked on the phone before I went do you have early check on they said yes and never mentioned the fee on the phone either. No room service for you room to be cleaned on less you request it. ( also didn’t know about that so had to go look for clean towels from the room service lady. This was my first and last stay at the hotel back to the Borgata I go. So unhappy with my stay there.

I usually stay at the Borgata but decided to try Harrah’s this time. My experience was terrible at Harrahs . The line to check in was long and only 3 people working the desk. We were charged the room deposit twice and had to wait 5 days for the refund so we were out that money during our stay ! The room was not clean , toilet wasn’t working properly and bathroom outlet went working ! We were charged to use the adult pool and it’s also additional charges to use the internet. Staff was rude and not helpful at all. Looks like I’ll be staying somewhere else from now on as we were very disappointed .

This hotel has been a terrible experience. Even though they claim to be a 4 star hotel, the experience was pretty discouraging. First of all, going down the regular stairs looked like a crime scene, so full of trash and bad smells. After that, the food was quite expensive and bad quality. Most importantly, the HIDDEN FEES THIS HOTEL HAS ARE INCREDIBLE, they charge fees for staying, fees for the pool, fees for leaving, the atm fee is also ridiculous. Regarding housekeeping, it has been the worst service that I have experienced throughout all the hotels I have stayed. These guys have not cleaned my room any single day! I stayed for 3 DAYS! In conclusion, avoid this hotel if you do not want to be scammed.

We were put in the Coastal Tower, not proper lighting anywhere in room, hardly any lighting in bathroom nor a vent, when showered afterwards the mirror was completely fogged up, elevators were so slow and would have to wait forever, had heard how nice it was, so so disappointed.

We booked a non smoking king and checked in at the self help kiosk. As soon as we opened the door you could mold & cigarettes. Called the front desk and after 20 minutes the person rudely told me to see a manager. The employee assigned to "help" at the self help kiosks had a horrible disposition. We let her know I was told to see a manager. Without acknowledging my presence, she starts waking towards the front desk. She was intentionally rude to me and i witnessed her blatantly ignoring another guest. The employee we had to see about changing our room made it clear she did not care about our complaints, nor was she willing to listen. A manager stepped in to resolve the issue without apologies or concern. Every person at the front desk looked absolutely miserable and made no attempts to smile or to even pretend to want to help. The only Employees that made us feel welcome were the cashier and our housekeepers. This was our third Atlantic city trip and we wanted to give them a chance.

The employees dealing with the public need to smile and be nice instead of being sourpusses and indifferent. The automatic check-in kiosks did not work. I felt I was in the airport. Navigating the garage was a nightmare. And $20 to park. Come on.

The rooms are outdated and a lot of noice in the hall ways. My first room had clothes with pee and whole room was smelling like pee and they almost refused to change my room. Terrible service. Never again will I stay in this hotel.

Big complaint- you select a particular room in a particular tower and you pay that rate, so you should get that room. My wife and I get to the property around 6:30 and the kiosk states that my room is not ready. I get to the front desk and the lady states that the only rooms available are in another tower and I wanted a King bed and the only one available is a double queen room. We have no choice but to take it or leave. The tower may have been a slight upgrade, but the bed size was not. So, if you pay for something, you should get it or at least be upgraded or get something else like more tier or reward points. Complaint 2 - it would have been nice if the person at the front desk mentioned that rooms are not getting maid serviced and that the maids on the floor are not giving you towels and soap and that you should contact house keeping for this. We stayed in AC recently, so we knew about the maid service, but now, the maids will not give you towels. Well, their tips will decrease even more. Complaint 3 - there should not be roaches in the pool area. We did not have any in the room, but someone else mentioned that they killed a couple in their rooms. By the way, I informed the pool staff and they did nothing, so I removed them to the trash near the pool staff. Yes, in 10 minutes, that trash bag was replaced. Complaint 4 - the casino really needs to start with $5 table limits and have all games open, like the Heads Up Poker game. Several casinos state that they only operate some games during the weekend, but not during the week. Both of these options are lost revenue. Complaint 5 - a Johnny Rockets would be great at Harrah’s. Only 1 sit down breakfast restaurant not serving just sandwiches. Tropicana has at 3. Chasers has one, but only if you like British style food. Johnny Rockets is nearby. Happy 1 - the waterfront tower had a good room, but it was further from the casino. Happy 2 - the poker room was open. The last time I stayed in Tropicana, their poker room was closed for a month and as we know, Tropicana has the only open poker room on the boardwalk. Happy 3 - McCormick and Schmidt’s is still a top tier restaurant. Happy 4 - the pool was nice and the hot tub was great and clean. Liked the fact that they have an adult only pool and a pool for the children. We will probably return to a Ceasers property, but they need to get better or like they were 10 years ago.

Terrible for a non-smoker (I think all of AC is). I haven’t been to AC for about a decade and now I remember why - stayed in coastal tower. Couldn’t even sleep at night because the smell of smoke was emanating from somewhere in the room - the carpet? Walls? Curtains? Vents? Went to bed wheezing and was glad I brought my inhaler with me. Seems like a health hazard for children with all that second hand smoke exposure. Thin walls, heard next room talking on phone pretty clearly, they snored too. Took forever for the elevator, a security guard helped us out by letting us know Laguna, coastal and atrium? are all connected so take any elevator for those. The self park is REALLY far away from check in, helps to have a cart if you bring snacks /coolers. There is a small single cup coffee maker in the room we used for instant oatmeal, hot chocolate and ramen. For breakfast the Starbucks will take reward points but CAFE TAZZO takes them at 2:1 so cost of everything is essentially DOUBLED unless paying cash (what’s the point of earning points, why pay $2 in points for a $1 item?) No pool for kids/ <21 Hoping AC goes no smoking so won’t be so bad when we go back, but not to this hotel. Although a family vacation to AC seems like an oxymoron, we were there for a cheerleading convention, not by choice.
