Not sure why all the negativity.. came here for a happy hour drink, spring rolls and a lo mein. Good food and atmosphere. Service was good
I order take out today. There food is good. My issue is I was missing my Cantonese lo mein from my order. An I had already left.
Me and my boyfriend had an amazing experience the food was really good and the waiter Yang was very friendly and attentive. my bf wanted to surprise me with a cake for my bday he sang and brought out mango pudding since there were no cakes left it was good! Excellent service thank you!!
We have eaten at Youyu many times. The food is always delicious and the restaurant people are very friendly. Yaya (Yahaira) is especially exceptional; she is a wonderful person/server. We asked for her table whenever she is available.
Had dinner at Youyu Noodle Bar inside the Hard Rock Hotel, Atlantic City on a Sunday evening around 6pm. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all, yet the service was pretty much non-existent. We couldn’t even get extra napkins or a water refill. It felt like we were completely forgotten.
It was painfully obvious which tables were for high rollers—they were getting constant attention, while the rest of us were left waiting for the basics. When the check finally came, we were given two—one of which wasn’t even ours—and the server didn’t realize it. Then came another wait just to pay.
I’m only giving this place 3 stars because the food was actually good. But good food doesn’t make up for bad service. It’s clear Hard Rock restaurants prioritize their high rollers and neglect regular customers. Disappointing experience overall.
How long does it take to make Boba Tea? Don’t know but I think they want to beat the record for the longest time.
Also does anyone speak English here? I had the Dear in the headlights look everywhere
Ps: The Macha was terrible.
The food was good But my service was different from everyone else’s and I tipped more… we still live in a sad world .
Reservations are a must or you’ll be waiting for at least an hour . The service was very fast . The decor is intimate for a date night. There is a moderate amount of noise which isn’t terrible considering this is in a casino. The food was fresh and flavorful. The apps are pricey and portions are small. However the entrees are a decent size so that makes up for it. Would come back again for a nice light meal for sure .
To go is too long of wait with no seating wouldn't recommend
My husband and I were craving for a Vietnamese dinner and ordered Vietnamese pho and shrimp roll. Disappointed with their pho and shrimp roll as it was not the authentic Vietnamese dish as well as the sauce. Service was good.

Good authentic Chinese food.
Should be 1/2 star, I didn’t even get my food. The wait was outrageous, my husband was done eating while my food - no one knows when it will come! So yes, I cancelled my order, paid for my husband’s food and left!
This place is laughable. Just bad food and service. The dim sum would stick to a wall like glue if you tossed one.
Worst service I have ever had in my life. Especially when you are Asian, they treated you like you won't tip them lol.
Poor service
