Staff is very welcoming & friendly & the food is absolutely delicious. The noodle bar & restaurant are across from eachother but have the same menu & prices. You can watch them cooking your food at the noodle bar or have a more authentic & relaxed but more upscale dining experience in the beautiful restaurant. Prices are reasonable considering ALL the dishes are huge and shareable. We ordered entrees from the regular menu & it was huge. They are very clean too.

WARNING! Was there last night after a concert in hard rock. They told me they will text me when my order is ready. I went back to get my food, asked 3x is it all there. The kid said yes. Get to my room in the north tower and they text me they forgot the $36 noodle dish. I asked him to bring it to the room since its their fault and the reply I got was "Sorry we do not deliver to rooms"I used to eat there 4-5x a month, I will never again. Many other options that they speak English and accommodate you when they screw up!

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! We were there at 12pm when they opened and 1st to get a table 40 minutes later we were still waiting for our food while everyone else who came after us with larger groups were already served and eating. We said something and magically our food appeared 10 min later. I ordered a BEEF BRISKET soup and they gave me absolutely disgusting rubbery hard tendons in my soup I ordered beef brisket not tendon soup absolutely unedible I took them all out and had them in a pile on my plate I called over the hostess and the waiter and told them they made a mistake , they both got in my face and said no this good for you , we eat this u chew hard this good this comes with soup u chew it we eat all the time, I said no it does not come with the soup the soup I ordered said beef brisket . I wasn't going to argue with them any further they obviously didn't care. I looked at the Menu again and it said Curry Beef Brisket Soup and not tendon soup. My Boyfriend had lo mein hardly any meat in it but at least it was edible, but reading all the other bad reviewsand seeing the pictures of bugs etc im sick to my stomach again!!! Very rude and unattentive staff poor customer service and the service was horrible . I will never go to this disgusting place again. Save your money!! Read all the other bad reviews 3.7 stars should be 1 star. If I could give a zero star I would.

Sat right away. Because I was one I was seated at the bar area . There cooking right there , but the counter is to high so you can’t see anything. Server did not go out of his way, but also was not like all the negative reviews I read .Pho was good, nothing to write home about. The shrimp spring rolls tasted like fried food, and flower decoration looked like it was taken from another plate . I only spent 20 because I had 1/2 price coupon .
