I usually dine in here and the experience is always a good one. I recently walked in to order their lo mein to go because my son loves it and I was greeted at the door by a very rude man who told me it would be an automatic 18 percent gratuity for all takeout orders. When I asked him why, he just shrugged at me. The restaurant does not even charge a mandatory gratuity for down in orders so this is baffling to me and a complete turn off.

I use to come here a lot but the force of 18% gratitude added into the bill for take-out us unacceptable. I enjoy tipping but only if I am satisfy how the service is; first of all it wasn't a great experience cause we had to wait 20mins just to get service for takeout and another 30muns just for our order. Especially when it was only a small soup dumplings. Eating in use to be great and u love ordering the Dungeness crab of various seasoning eveeytime I go there but it has been disappointing and the fried rice has been hard. It's just not there anymore. Use to be 5 stars for me I'm just gonna say 3.5

I was there Sunday it was horrible! The seafood noodle soup tasted like dirty water!! My husband said his pork wonton noodle soup was no better! Won’t return. Plus asked for the pineapple Margherita and was told no alcohol being served but I could go to Wahlburgers and bring a drink back. lol it was my first time and last time at this restaurant. Service was horrible also! The staff basically ignored us. I’m a server so the experience was very frustrating. Go elsewhere!

After I was seated. I did not know whether to get up and leave or stay. The server did not make me feel welcome at all. Everyone in the restaurant were served their drinks in glasses and my drink came in a to go disposable cup. When my food came out I began to eat and the server walked up, interrupted my meal and gave me my check. I was insulted. I observed every table around me and no one else was ask to pay before finishing their meal. I will not recommend this restaurant to any of my friends

Disclosure- we’re on vacation, eating many fabulous things, so this review may have can different if we hadn’t been eating other delicious things constantly. Overall, we thought this place good, but not great; everything we got, we feel that we could have gotten in any other city, in any other state that serves Asian food.We ordered Mai Tai’s and they didn’t exactly taste like a Mai Tai. They weren’t BAD, per se, and they weren’t overly sweet, so we drank them. I also ordered hot tea, which was as expected. He ordered a wonton soup, which he described as “good; not great”.We ordered 2 sushi rolls- the Crab Rangoon sushi, which we were excited to try, and the Avocado Tuna roll. The Crab Rangoon was good, but didn’t taste like “Crab Rangoon”, and the tuna in the Avocado Tuna roll was unusually dark colored, but still tasted fine. We didn’t get sick, so maybe the tuna was just supposed to be that color? Neither was exceptional but they were decently good.He ordered the General Tso’s chicken, which was described as “the highlight of his meal”: it wasn’t too hot in temperature, but he stated that he enjoyed it more when he ate the leftovers back at home.I had the Shrimp Dumpling Noodle Soup, which was good but not great. The dumplings themselves were tasty, but the broth was fairly bland. For what it was, it was good, so if you’re looking for a comfortable meal, you’d most likely be happy with this place ?

Ate here on a Sunday night and got the five spice beef tendon noodle soup. Seating was immediate and the server arrived not to long after. Service was average, with the routine filling drinks and asking how the meal is. The noodle dish was very good with a nice broth. Adding chili oil elevated the dish and made it spicier with more flavor, but not as spicy as I personally like. Portion was larger than expected; taking home half of the meal filled up the take out container.

We liked that this place was open a bit later than other Asian options. Food was decent. We had both the soups, both being good. Pad thai was alright, we requested extra spicy and it certainly wasn't. It lacked tang and saltiness that pad thai should have. We ordered pork fried rice but got shrimp instead/charged for shrimp. We just dealt with it. That tasted fine as well. It was honestly hard to flag down any waiter, often times we were left waiting for a while or things were forgotten. Service definitely has room for improvement. Prices are expected being in a casino.

I don’t think I’ve ever had a more stressful dining experience. It took almost half an hour for any waiter to come up; we were hungry and thirsty so everyone ordered everything at once. Another loong wait, then cocktails arrive. No one is brought the water we asked for. They bring a few dishes out, half of them are wrong. The waiter proceeds to argue that we’re mistaken on what we ordered. This cycle repeated 3 times until we finally all got correct dishes. We reminded them about water 3 times until they arrived halfway between all the chaos. And the meals? Not worth the wait at all. Don't waste your time or money here.

Was the only few people in the restaurant Went for a birthday lunch, got Szechuan dish that wasn’t spicy at all. Ordered sushi and shrimp, other people started coming in, in larger groups- they received their meals before I got my sushi. Manager wasn’t very helpful.
